Dear, The story “Deep Water” tells us how the writer overcame his fear of water ?and learned swimming ?through keep trying,? sheer determination and willpower . William Douglas was able to overcome his fear by keep trying n sheer determination. The message conveyed by this story is that it is not death , no impossible thing but the fear of death or fear of lose that creates terror?? in our mind, so that fear needs to be shaken off. Also, any fears can be conquered if we try hard?? enough. Trying is the way to be success✌✌ .... Regards.??. From the lesson DEEP WATER, I have understood that, if we work hard to achieve something that we find difficult to achieve, then we can achieve anything, like the author was afraid of water but he didn't quit learning swimming and eventually he overcame the fear of water. So just like the author, we also should not give up on something but we have to be encouraged and work hard to achieve that goal. HoPe It HeLpS yOu??

Dr. Sadao could not throw the wounded man back to the sea even though he was an enemy because he was a Doctor and the foremost duty of a doctor is to save life. He knew the man would die if not treated at that time. This would be against medical ethics. So, he rescued him to give medical treatment. HoPe It HeLpS yOu??

When Franz could not recite the chapter of participles, M.Hamel scolded everyone present in his class for ignoring the French class. He blamed the parents for being reluctant in sending their children to the school. The parents instead of sending the children to school regularly preferred sending them to the farm for work to earn some more money. M. Hamel also blamed himself and apologized for sending the students for watering his flower plants during the class hours, and also granting a leave to his students for going out for fishing.

The old familiar ache and fesr of the childhood returns .it provides a stark contrast to the parting words of assurance and her smiles .the parting words : " See you soon, amma",give an assurance of life to an old and weak lady .the mother's ' ashen face 'looks like a corpse . Similarly ,the poet's continuos smiling is attempt to overcome the ache and fear inside her heart and to assure the old lady that they will meet again soon.

?A Thing Of Beauty?

Yogita Ingle 5 years ago

In spite of all the sufferings, a beautiful thing helps us to remove the cover of gloom or darkness from our lives. The things of beauty are the sun, the moon, old and new trees, daffodils, clear rills, musk roses that bloom among the thick forest ferns.

?A Thing Of Beauty?

Mishti ???? 5 years ago

Dear,According to John Keats ?it is only beauty ?that moves pain ?and suffering ?away from human life.? Keats argues in the poem that a beautiful thing is a source of eternal joy ?and the beauty actually lies in the eyes of beholder. There are many beautiful things? in the nature ??like the sun,? the moon?, the flowers, ?the serene river ?flowing amid the valley, ?etc. Also, one can find beauty in the death of martyrs? who died for the sake of nation.??? In a way, everything in the world around us has a beauty ?of it own. It rests with the person who perceives ?whether he is able to see its beauty? or not.? Regards.??
