Due to smaller size of nitrogen, it form pπ-pπ multiple bond with other nitrogen atom.morever weak wal dar waal force of attraction produce between antimolecules. So nitrogen is gas. Due to bigger size of phosphorus, it cannot form pπ-pπ multiple bond. Phosphorus form single covalent bond and thus p4 is formed which is solid at room temperature.

Cl is more reactive than F as due to smaller size of fluorine the incoming electron experiences some repulsive force whereas in chlorine due to its larger size the incoming electron experiences less repulsive force. Hence chlorine can accept electrons more easily than F hence more reactive

In other words racemic mixture is the mixture of a pair of enantiomers having opposite nature of rotating light i.e. if one is dextro then other should be levo rotatory which will cancel each other as are present in equal amount and hence a racemic mixture is optically inactive.
