The temperature applied shiuld not be very high it should be of range 700K not more than this because it is exothermic. It is also high temperature but according to the reaction it is low. This is the minimum temperature.

Tere is two types of black Phosphorus Alpha black and beta black Phosphorus Alpha black has monoclinic or rhombohedral crystal and hence it doesn't conduct electricity whereas beta black consists of conjugated sheet that result in the formation of Franky layers crystals that conduct electricity (graphite like) hence the Alpha black Phosphorus act as insulator where as beta black as conductor hence your question is incomplete
