The spontanious change in the specific optically specific compound with time to an equilibrium valu is called muta rotation

Yogita Ingle 6 years, 1 month ago

Mutarotation is the change in the optical rotation because of the change in the equilibrium between two anomers, when the corresponding stereocenters interconvert. Cyclic sugars show mutarotation as α and β anomeric forms interconvert.

I think there is something wrong in your question because it's not clear here you asked about partial vapour pressure, but it is given already here,l think 75 and 22 are pure form vapour pressure here and acc to this the total vapour pressure of mixture is 57.3

A de–icing agent is a substance that prevents the formation of ice. Example 1: NaCl is a de–icing agent as it lowers the freezing point of water so that it doesnot freeze to form ice under a particular temperature range. Therefore, it is used to clear snow from roads.

Prevents the formation of ice (lower the freezing point of water) eg. NaCl

All the monoclinic allotrope change it self in rhombic allotrope to get stability

Tamanna Sharma 6 years, 1 month ago

What is the reason that octahedral is more stable than monoclinic

Tapan Pandey ?? 6 years, 1 month ago

It is found in octahedral shape, and due to geometrical orientation it is more stable than monoclinic form

Tamanna Sharma 6 years, 1 month ago

But why? How we can say due to octahedral shape it is more stable

Anubhav Tiwari 6 years, 1 month ago

Rhombic shulphur is more stable

Yogita Ingle 6 years, 1 month ago

Sulphur mainly exists in two forms of allotropes: Rhombic and Monoclinic forms.
Out of these, rhombic allotrope (yellow in color) of sulphur is the most stable allotrope of sulphur.
The rhombic form gets converted to monoclinic when the rhombic form is heated at a temperature greater than 370 K370\ K370 K.

Tapan Pandey?? 6 years, 1 month ago

Rhombic allotrope, because of its octahedral shape

Benefaction: - Removal of the unwanted materials (e.g., sand, clays, etc.) from the ore is known as concentration, dressing or benefaction. It involves several steps and selection of these steps depends upon the differences in physical properties of the compound of the metal present and that of the gangue.

Tamanna Sharma 6 years, 1 month ago

Another name of conc. of ore/dressing ~remove impurities from ore

This is the structure that gives protein the 3-D shape and formation. After the amino acids form bonds (secondary structure) and shapes like helices and sheets, the structure can coil or fold at random. This is what we call the tertiary structure of proteins. If this structure is disrupted or disturbed a protein is said to be denatured which means it is chemically affected and its structure is distorted.

Using density find wt.of solution and by using molarity find wt. Of solute.then solvent=solution-solute, now it's easy to find molality.

Tapan Pandey ?? 6 years, 1 month ago

But how u have solved it

Tamanna Sharma 6 years, 1 month ago

As molarity is already given (2.05)in question, so here it can ask about find MOLALITY. = 2.29

Solubility is directly proportional to partial pressure

Yogita Ingle 6 years, 1 month ago

Henry’s law is a gas law which states that at the amount of gas that is dissolved in a liquid is directly proportional to the partial pressure of that gas above the liquid when the temperature is kept constant. The constant of proportionality for this relationship is called Henry’s law constant (usually denoted by ‘kH‘). The mathematical formula of Henry’s law is given by:

P ∝ C (or) P = kH.C

Where,

 • ‘P’ denotes the partial pressure of the gas in the atmosphere above the liquid.
 • ‘C’ denotes the concentration of the dissolved gas.
 • ‘kH’ is the Henry’s law constant of the gas.
