Planning and controlling are inseparable twins of management because: .
(i) Planning provides the basis for controlling activities.
(ii) Controlling ensures that planned goals are achieved efficiently and effectively. It measures
the performance with the pre-determined standards and finds out the deviations, if any.
(iii) The causes of deviations as remarked by controlling are the basis of effective future planning.
(iv) Planning and controlling both are forward looking as well as backward looking.
(v)Both are integral parts of an organisation and are necessary for the smooth functioning of an enterprise.

It was done by our government on 8 Nov 2016 which led the 86 percent money back in circulation of our country. The main aim is to curb corruption, counterfeiting the use of high demonitise notes and accumulation of black money in the economy

Wanted to achieve a goal of increase in 20 percent of profit its sets targets in advance to achieve it .In order to achieve goals effectively it also decided to change its organizational structure to another structure where employees were granted freedom to talk with each other there was no restrictions on employees .After 6 months it found that due to establishment of such structure there are rumors all around ,also employees were not working properly in order to achieve goal .state the two types of process discussed above also state type of organizational structure adopted by the company by giving one merit and one demerit.
