Both dormancy and diapause metabolic rate decreases and organism go in a suspended development.....but for suspended development in seeds "dormancy "word is used and for suspended development in animals, insects etc diapause word is used......Eg..diapause is also referred to as animal's dormancy.......for seeds diapause word is not used....

No, both the terms seed dormancy and diapause are different. Seed dormancy refers to the inactive phase of seed where they fail to germinate due to lack of favourable conditions like adequate moisture, oxygen and suitable temperature. Diapause is a stage of suspended development in some organisms like zooplanktons in lakes and ponds.

Acrosome is cap like Organelle which contains enzymes that are hydrolytic in nature..and are named hyalurodinase and acrosin present at anterior portion of haploid nucleus in sperm....acrosome releases these enzymes during fertilization and these enzymes digest or break zona pellucida layer of ov amd thus facilitate fusion of sperm with ovum.....

Good number of sugarcane factories are there and waste product of molasses in the sugarcane factories needs proper disposal. Human populations of that area has ben found suffering with protein deficiency. Single cell protein--single celled organsims used as food supplement rich in protein.....these protein rich microbes can be grown on waste product from factories eg. molasses etc.Eg.blue green algae(spirulina) etc.These will reduce protein deficiency in humans and help to get rid of waste product from factories......

The bacterial growth curve represents the number of live cells in a bacterial population over a period of time. There are four distinct phases of the growth curve: lag, exponential (log), stationary, and death. The initial phase is the lag phase where bacteria are metabolically active but not dividing. There are three phases of growth – meristematic, elongation and maturation. We can understand this better by looking at a seed. We already know that the tips of roots and shoots exhibit continuous growth and hence are meristematic. The cells in this region are rich in protoplasm and have large nuclei.
