Reservation help in social justice as we know that today is also a very very hard discrimination between upper caste and lower caste ... Due to this lower caste would not be equal to upper caste do government organise reservations to archives the equality and justice and other examples is that we know the ability makes opportunity but sometimes financially some people's lost their opportunities so here reservations in less financial services help them

No i don't think so because in democracy elections are compulsory . If elections not held in democracy it will take the form of monarchy or dictatorship.

yes, there can be democracy without election but it not really possible . it is not possible for everyone to sit together and discuss all the related problems and it is also impossible for everyone to know about every topic of discussion . therefore , election is taken as the best way to do so

When Indian got independence in 1947, present-day Meghalaya comprised two districts of Assam and enjoyed partial autonomy within the state of Assam. A movement began in 1960, demand for a separate Hill State. The Assam Reorganisation (Meghalaya) Act of 1969 accorded an autonomous status to Meghalaya. The Act came into effect on 2 April 1970, and an autonomous state of Meghalaya was created in Assam.
