Gravity is the attractive force b/w earth or any object lying on or near its surface whereas gravitational force is the force of attraction between any two bodies.Gravitational force is the weakest in the four forces.

Gravitational force is attractive force. And as we know that attraction is the opposite of repulsion. So gravitational force is not repulsive in nature because a force can't have both nature.
