When the lawn roller is pulled, the normal component decreases that means the cosine component of force decreases. ... This will increase the frictional force. Therefore we can say that it is easier to pull

Mannu Dahiya 3 years ago

While pulling, by weight we can pull, =netforce=weight-fsinTheta(vertically along x-axis). While pushing, by weight and also force is also applied on that to make it push, =net force=weight+Fsintheta

Vasudha Vasudha 3 years ago

When the lawn roller is pulled, the normal component decreases that means the cosine component of force decreases. ... This will increase the frictional force. Therefore we can say that it is easier to pull the lawn roller than to push it because the normal component of force decreases when the lawn roller is pulled.

Motion in a plane is called a motion in two dimensions. Its examples are projectile motion, circular motion. For the analysis of such motion, our reference is an origin and two co-ordinate axes viz: X and Y-axis and scalar and vector physical quantities

velocity changes at uniform rate If the velocity of an object changes at a uniform rate, then the acceleration that causes the change in velocity is called uniform acceleration or constant acceleration. For example, the force of gravity imparts an acceleration uniformly which is called acceleration due to gravity. Hence, option B is correct.

The first states that a body continues in a state of rest or uniform motion in a straight line unless it is acted on by an external force.

Ashok Kumar 3 years, 1 month ago

First law= if any object in motion wants to be in motion, if any object in rest wants to be in rest unless, until external force applied on it. It is also called inertial law of motion... Second law= the rate of change of momentum is directly proportional to the applied external force... According to this law force is defines as product of mass and acceleration.. Third law= every action their is equal and opposite reaction , it is also called as action reaction pair...

If the forces are F1 = F2, then R^2 = 3 F1F2 = 3 F1^2. Therefore, F1^2 + F2^2 + 2F1F2cos θ = 3F1^2. Or, 2F1^2 + 2F1^2 cos θ = 3F1^2. 2F1^2 (1 + cos θ) = 3F1^2. cos θ = 3/2 -1 = 1/2. Therefore, angle = cos^-1 (1/2) = 60//

Solution to this problem ?? A+B= R So, B= R-A Now B^2 = R^2 + A^2 - 2RA cos30° B^2 = (20)^2 + (10√3)^2 - 2(20×10√3) × √3/2 So B^2 = 400+ 300 - 600 B^2= 700-600 B^2 = 100 Hence , B = 10 N

Given :Inclination angle=θ=30 degreesa=g/4 m/s²Coefficient of Kinetic friction .

Total net force= mg/4=mgsinθ-μmgcosθ

where μ is coefficient of kinetic friction.

mg/4=mg[sinθ-μcosθ]

[sinθ-μcosθ] =1/4

Substituting the inclination angle, we get

sin30- μcos30=1/4
1/2-μ√3/2=1/4
1/2-1/4=μ√3/2
2-1/4=μ√3/2
1/4=μ√3/2

μ=1/√3/2

1. Mass= Actual amount of matter present on the substance or matter is called mass. Where as weight is kind of force which possess in downward direction through the earth... 2. Mass is fixed at every place of the universe but weight can change place to place because acceleration due to gravity is change. 3. SI unit of mass is kg. & SI unit of weight is N(newton).

Roushan Kumar 3 years, 1 month ago

No you are totally wrong Arpit Kumar ,...mass doesn't measure how much force it will take to change the way .but actul fact is that mass is the measure of inertia

Roushan Kumar 3 years, 1 month ago

Mass ka mtlb Ki the mass of all atoms contained by a substance ...mass is not a force but weight is a force which acts in downward direction..mass can never be zero Because the mass of atoms can't be in negative, Mass is always fixed because the mass of an atom can't be changed because the proton and neutron can't be ejected from the nucleus, But weight varies from place to place . Mass is a scalar questions and weight is a vector because it a force .and force follow vector law of edition so it's a vector Quantity And about unit then mass is kg and weight is Newton

A K 3 years, 1 month ago

1. Mass has only magnitude but weight has both magnitude and direction. 2. Mass is scaler but weight is vector. 3. Si unit of mass is kg, but si unit of weight is newton. 3 marks to aram se aa jayenge??

Arpit Kumar 3 years, 1 month ago

Mass is a measure of how much force it will take to change that path. Weight, on the other hand, is a measure of the amount of downwards force that gravity exerts on an object.
