Bohr's orbits are called as stationary states because as we know that if an object moves in circular path it will lose energy but, according to bohr electrons which is moving in the circular path does not lose energy.if electrons lose energy they will fall into nucleus and get burnt.

Hybridization is defined as the mixing of the atomic orbitals belonging to the same atom but having slightly different energies so that a redistribution of energy takes place between them resulting in the formation of new orbitals of equal energies and identical shapes. The new orbitals thus formed are known as hybrid orbitals.

lamda = 3.6 angstrom = 3.6 x 10-10 m
velocity of photon = velocity of light
m = h/lamda*v ( from de-brogile’s equation)
m = 6.626 x 10-34/3.6 x10-10 x 3 x 108
m = 6.626 x 10-32/10.8
m = 0.6135 x 10 -32
m = 6.135 x 10-33 kg
