The ribosome is a cellular machine found in all organisms. It serves to convert the instructions found in messenger RNA (mRNA, which itself is made from instructions in DNA) into the chains of amino-acids that make up proteins.
Nucleus is made up of proton and neutrons.

Mesosomes are extensions of plasma membrane into the cell in the form of vesicles, tubules and lamellae.
These are of two types : Septal mesosome and Lateral mesosome.
(a) Septal mesosome may be involved in cell wall formation, chromosome replication and distribution of chromosomes to daughter cells, secretory processes and increase in plasma membrane surface area and enzymatic content.
(b) Lateral mesosome contains respiratory enzymes often called chondroid.

Protozoa are single-celled eukaryotes (organisms whose cells have nuclei) that commonly show characteristics usually associated with animals, most notably mobility and heterotrophy. They are often grouped in the kingdom Protista together with the plant-like algae and fungus-like water molds and slime molds. The plasma membrane is a barrier between the cell cytoplasm and the outside liquid environment. Some substances, such as oxygen, readily pass through the membrane by diffusion (passive transport), while others must be transported across at the expense of energy (active transport).

All living phenomena are due to underlying interactions. Properties of tissues are not present in the constituent cells. Similarly, properties of cellular organelles are not present in the molecular constituents of the organelle but arise as a result of interactions among the molecular components comprising the organelle. These interactions result in emergent properties at a higher level of organization. This phenomenon is true in the hierarchy of organisational complexity at all levels.

There are two basic approaches for the conservation of biodiversity
- Ex situ conservation (off-site conservation)
- In situ conservation (on-site conservation)
In situ conservation, It is the conservation and protection of biodiversity in its natural habitat.
- It helps in recovering population in the surroundings where they have developed their distinctive features.
Example National parks, biosphere reserves, wildlife sanctuaries.
Ex situ conservation It is the conservation of selected rare plants and animals in places outside their natural habitat
- It helps in recovering population or preventing their extinction under conditions that closely resemble their natural habitats.
Example Botanical gardens, zoological parks, wildlife safari parks, gene banks, etc.

Species is considered the dynamic group because it contains the maximum no. of similarities among the different organisms that help to distinguish it from other species. Moreover, when we go from kingdom to species in descending order the specificity increases in hierarchy of classification.

Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) can be caused by: Complications of abdominal surgery, including gastric bypass for obesity and gastrectomy to treat peptic ulcers and stomach cancer. Instead, it is a result of the immune system attacking a harmless virus, bacteria, or food in the gut, causing inflammation that leads to bowel injury. Two major types of IBD are ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease. Ulcerative colitis is limited to the colon or large intestine.
