Prudential reasons stress that power sharing will bring out better outcomes and moral reasons emphasize the very act of power sharing is valuable. A prudential approach is calculative while moral reasons are just considerations.

Forms of power sharing
Power is shared among different organs of government, such as legislature, executive and judiciary.
Power can be shared among governments at different levels a government for the entire country and government at provincial or regional level.
Power may be shared among different social groups such as religious and linguistic groups.
Power sharing arrangement can also be seen in the way political parties, pressure groups and movements control or influence those in power.

Limitations of per capital income as indicator of development are:
Per capita income only portrays an average income of the total population of the country.It does not show the actual income of a person.
Does not show the real distribution of income. Does not show how many people are rich or becoming richer.

A novel method of mass agitation given by Gandhi Ji was Satyagraha.The idea of satyagraha emphasised the power of Truth and need to search for truth.It suggested that if the cause was true if the struggle was against injustice then physical force was not necessary to fight the oppressor.This could be done by appealing the conscience of the oppressor. People including the oppressors had to be persuaded to see the truth,instead of being forced to accept truth through the use of violence. By this struggle, truth was bound to ultimately triumph.
