There are other factors that also lead to industrialization. One of those factors is a growing population. Workers are needed to work in the factories. As businesses expand, more workers are needed. The growing population also provided an opportunity for businesses to sell their products to more people. Finally, new inventions and improved transportation helped bring about industrialization. New inventions made it easier to make products. Also, there needed to be a good transportation system to be able to get the products to the consumers. Roads, canals, railroads, and ships are various ways to transport products. New inventions in transportation, such as the steam engine, helped make it easier to get products from the factories to the people.
There are several factors that led to industrialization. One factor is the availability of natural resources. Natural resources are needed to help make the products produced in the factories. A second factor is having a stable political environment. With a stable political environment, business owners can be more confident that they can invest in the economy and know that investments will be secure. A stable political environment tends to lead to stable markets that help businesses and the economy grow.

Fair globalisation means that the benefits of the globalisation must be shared by all equally.
For fair globalisation, government can have a great role:
1. It can support those producers who are very small and cannot compete with them.
2. They can also check labour laws.
3. If very necessary, government can still use some trade barrier for protection of some small producers.
4. It with other developing countries can negotiate with the WTO for fair globalisation.

The Civil Disobedience Movement was different from the Non-Cooperation Movement. The main differences between these two movements are
(i) The Non-Cooperation Movement was launched in 1921 by Gandhiji, but the Civil Disobedience Movement was launched in 1930.
(ii) The Non-Cooperation Movement started with middle class participation whereas the Civil Disobedience Movement was first supported by the Industrialists like GD Birla, Purshottamdas Thakur.
(iii) Due to Khalifa issues Muslim community participated in Non-Cooperation on large scale. But the growing proximity of the Congress party and Hindu Mahasabha prevented the Muslims to participate in Civil Disobedience Movement.
(iv) The Non-Cooperation Movement was withdrawn by Gandhiji due to violent incident at Chauri Chaura.
But the Civil Disobedience Movement was withdrawn in 1931, when Gandhi signed ‘Gandhi-Irwin’ pact.
(v) In Non-Cooperation Movement, Women did not participate in large scale. But large scale participation of women is one of the most significant features of the Civil Disobedience Movement.
