This statement is true because
(i) as the resources are limited no country can survive without International trade.
(ii) goods or resources possessed by one country are required by other and vice-versa. These differences create conditions for international trade.
(iii) foreign trade has helped India to improve its productivity of manufactured goods. International trade contributes to India’s economic growth, raising income level of people.
(iv) in the recent years, exchange of commodities and goods have been superseded by the exchange of information and knowledge.
(v) India has emerged as a software giant at the international level and it is earning large foreign exchange through the export of information technology.
Thus, it can be concluded that advancement of international trade of a country is an index of its economic property.

1) The value of final goods and services is calculated and then added up to know the total production in each sector.
2) Only the value of final goods is calculated because the value of final goods includes the value of all intermediategoods that are used in making the final goods.
For example:- the value of table (suppose rupees 2000) includes the value of wood (rupees 1000) and polish (rupees 500).so the value of wood and polish is not counted seperately.

Phan Chu Trin was a nationalist, who was intensely hostile to the monarchy and opposed to the idea of resisting the French with the help of the court.
Phan Chu Trinh desire was to establish a democratic republic. He was profoundly influenced by the democratic ideals of the West, he did not want a wholesale rejection of Western civilisation. He accepted the French revolutionary ideal of liberty but charged the French for not abiding by the ideal. He demanded that the French set-up legal and educational institutions and should develop agriculture and industries.

- It should ensure greater power to local governments, extension of federal principle to all the units of federation including women and minority.
- Most countries including India and other democracies like us face this challenge.
