Yogita Ingle 6 years, 11 months ago

  • It does not indicate the disparities in the distribution of income. E.g. the wide gap between the incomes of extremely rich and very poor people.
  • It does not indicate long-term sustainability as non-renewable resources are liable to be exhausted.
  • The method of calculating per capita income also varies among countries. This, it is not highly reliable for comparisons.

If you are asking with respect to SS

It is in History chap 2

The provinces of Ngu an and Ha tien are called the electrical fuses of Vietnam because

*According to historians these were among the poorest provinces and were the first to be adversely affected by great depression of the 1930s.

*They also had an old radical system that whenever the colonial system came under pressure, they were the first to rise up for rebellion.

*Whenever any problem fell on vietnam they were the first to blow or they were the first to be affected

Anshika Pal???? 6 years, 11 months ago

a fuse is an electrical safety device that operates to provide overcurrent protection of an electrical circuit. Its essential component is a metal wire or strip that melts when too much current flows through it, thereby interrupting the current.

Women workers in Britain attacked the Spinning Jenny because it speeded up the spinning process, and consequently, reduced labour demand. This caused a valid fear of unemployment among women working in the woollen industry. Till date, they had survived on hand spinning, but this was placed in peril by the new machine.

Different people have different mentality about subjects. SST is very interesting subjects from my point of view .there is a great interest behind the story of our history , political science is about the knowledge of what is happening around us , economics tell us about the financial condition of our country , and at last but not least about the geography .....it shows the condition of earth how did it get in existence.

It is a very advanced feature of parties as if suppose in a country like China only one party rules over the country almost acts arbitrary powers but in most of the multidiverse countries like India the country has different parties which restrict one another from accessing arbitrary powers which is good for a country because their democracy will be more powerful and would also create options for the people to choose their representatives

Puja Sahoo 6 years, 11 months ago

Self Help groups are groups of rural poor people (especially women).  The idea is to help them organize themselves, help them financially, provide them work, help them in other matters including domestic issues. Such groups are helped by the government and its policies.       Government provides such groups loans at very low interests and provides help to market the products of SHG. There are usually a dozen or more members in a group.  This group acts an intermediary between the people in the village and the banks.
