Impact of globalisation is not been uniform. It has some positive and some negative effects too. It employs a large number of people who r trying to get jobs. It helps small industries to prosper by its successful collaboration with multi national companies. Also, multi national companies buy small companies to expand its products. It's negative impacts r that small producers get a hard hit by their competition with these big companies. Many small companies which employs a lage number of people have shut down making many people jobless.

I think u have asked about disguised unemployment. So here's your answer.

Lavina Rajput ??? 6 years, 11 months ago

Disguised unemployment exists where part of the labor force is either left without work or is working in a redundant manner where worker productivity is essentially zero. It is unemployment that does not affect aggregate output. For example.... in agriculture.

In Britain every ethnic group was present and people there spoke different languages. But the Britain group was above all the other ethnicities in terms of power, wealth, and importance. In 1707 an act of union was passed which led to the formation of United Kingdom. The English people tried to suppress the highlanders and also forbade them to use their own language which was Gaelic. After some time Great Britain tried to unify Ireland in it as well. There were some problems which were faced by Irish people by the Catholics. But they failed to protest against them in 1789 and later Ireland was forcibly incorporated in the U.K of Great Britain in 1801. Thank you ????

1. Political parties are the most visible instruments of bringing a change in a specific democratic country. Most of the ordinary citizens identify with popular political parties. For example- if we travel to the remote parts or villages of a country and speak to the less educated people, we would come to know that although they do not know anything about the government or the constitution they do identify with party symbols.

 2. Political parties are crucial institutions of a democracy which perform a variety of functions in the smooth working of a country. They are composed of leaders, active members, and their followers.

3. Governments at various levels such as the national or state level are formed through the election process wherein different political parties compete to exercise political power.

4. Parties play a crucial role in putting forward their policies and programmes for the welfare of the general public.

5. Political parties are also involved in the process of decision making. Since most of the members of the legislature belong to different parties, they tend to influence decision making by going in the direction of the party leadership.
