Purna Swaraj in October 1929 the viceroy Lord Irwin announcing uncertain offer of Dominion status for India and Round table conference to discuss the future constitution in December 1929 under the presidency of Jawaharlal Nehru the Lahore Congress formalized the demand of Purna Swaraj or full Independence..
