Civil Disobedience movement(1930-1934) had 2 phases. One before Gandhi-Irwin Pact and second after 2nd RTC. Because of signing of Gandhi Irwin pact, Gandhi agreed to discontinue civil disobedient movement. After that gandhi went on to attend 2nd RTC but returned disappointed.

◆Communalism is a principal of living together, sharing possessions and responsibilities. It is a principal that practices communal ownership. It is possible for a group of stateless, classless, decentralized society consisting of a network of directly democratic citizens. Communalism has loyalty in the interests of one's own ethnic group, rather than the society as a whole. ◆secularism is the principle in which there is separation of government institutions and the persons representing the State from religious institutions and dignitaries. (i) The wealth and means are accumulated in hands of a few people and their share in the total income of the country has been increasing.
(ii) However, the people at the bottom of society find it difficult to meet even their basic needs of life such as food, clothing, house, education and health.Not only that, their incomes have been declining.
(iii) The deprived people are a large ratio of voters and no party will like to lose their votes.
(iv) Yet democratically elected governments do not appear to be attentive to the cause of the poor. Thus democracies do not appear to be very successful in reducing economic inequalities.
