Communalism usually refers to a system that integrates communal ownership and federations of highly localized independent communities. ... In particular, earlier communities and movements advocating such practices were often described as "anarchist", "socialist" or "communist". Followers of different religion cannot belong to the same community. One principle or basis of communalism also states that people belonging to different religion group can not be equal in the same nation.

Human capital is superior to other resources like land and physical capital because human resources can make better use of land and physical capital but land and physical capital cannot become useful on its own. These people have made efficient use of other resources like land and capital.

The 1848 revolution of the liberals refers to the various national movements pioneered by educated middle classes alongside the revolts of the poor, unemployed and starving peasants and workers in Europe. While in countries like France, food shortages and widespread unemployment during 1848 led to popular uprisings, in other parts of Europe (such as Germany, Italy, Poland, and the Austro-Hungarian Empire), men and women of the liberal middle classes came together to voice their demands for the creation of nation-states based on parliamentary principles. The political, social and economic ideas supported by the liberals were:
- Politically, they demanded constitutionalism with national unification, nation-state with a written constitution and parliamentary administration.
- Socially, they wanted to rid society of its class-based partialities and birthrights. Serfdom and bonded labor had to be abolished.
- Economically they demanded freedom of markets and right to property. The abolition of state-imposed restrictions on the movements of goods and capital.

Liberal feminism is an individualistic form of feminist theory, which focuses on women's ability to maintain their equality through their own actions and choices. Liberal feminists argue that society holds the false belief that women are, by nature, less intellectually and physically capable than men; thus it tends to discriminate against women in the academy, the forum, and the marketplace. Liberal feminists believe that "female subordination is rooted in a set of customary and legal constraints that blocks women's entrance to and success in the so-called public world". They strive for sexual equality via political and legal reform.

Life Expectancy (years at birth), Life Expectancy(expected years of schooling), and Standard of Living (GDP/GNI per capita).
Human Development Index (HDI) is a static composite indicator that is used to rank the levels of development among countries. It is classified into three components, namely, life expectancy (years at birth), life expectancy(expected years of schooling), and Standard of living (GDP/GNI per capita). When a country scores a high HDI, it means that the life expectancy and education levels are high, along with the Gross National Income per capita that becomes high as well.

Frederic Sorrieu was a French artist who in 1848 prepared a series of four prints visualizing his dream of a world made up of ‘Democratic and Social Republics’. The distinct feature of these prints were the representations of men, nations and allegories. In the first of his print, we can see men and women marching across the statue of Liberty to offer homage. The statue holds a torch of enlightenment and the Charter of the Rights of Man. And finally, the remains of the absolutist institutions can be seen broken and shattered on the Earth indicating the end of conservatism and absolutism.

Ernst Renan was a French philosopher who delivered a speech at the University of Sorbonne in 1882. In that speech he outlined the idea of what makes a nation. According to Renan nations are formed by a common language, race, religion or territory. It is the culmination of a long past of endeavour, sacrifices and devotion. A nation does not take any interest in annexing or holding onto another Nation against its will.
Nations are important because their existence guarantee Liberty. The liberty of individuals would be lost if they are no nations.
