Answer 4.3/5 78 bondesrushti Helping Hand 9 answers 649 people helped List of Advantages of Multinational Corporations 1. Cheaper Labor One of the advantages of multinational corporations is the opportunity to operate in countries where labor is not as expensive. This is one of the perks that smaller companies do not enjoy. Multinationals can set up their offices in several countries where demand for their services and products are high while cheaper labor is available. 2. Broader Market Base By opening establishments or offices in several countries, multinationals increase their chances of reaching out to customers on a global scale, a benefit which other companies limited to regional offices and establishments do not have. The access to more customers gives them more opportunities to develop and cater their products and services that will fit the needs of potential customers. 3. Tax Cuts Multinationals can enjoy lower taxes in other countries for exports and imports, an advantage that owners of international corporations can take at any given day. And although not all countries can have lower tariffs, there are those that give tax cuts to investors to attract more international companies to do business in these countries. 4. Job Creation When international companies set up branches in other countries, employees and members of the team are locals. That said, more people are given employment opportunities especially in developing countries. I think I am right brother ??

  • MNCs can provide money for additional investments, like buying new machines for faster production.
  • MNCs might bring with them the latest technology for production.
  • MNCs also buy some local companies to expand production, since they have wealth exceeding the entire budgets of some of the developing countries.

Giuseppe Mazzini was an Italian revolutionist, who was broadcasted into exile when he attained the age 24  for endeavoring a revolution in Liguria in 1881. He ascertained two ambiguous associations, precisely Young Italy and Young Europe. Metternich was the one who interjected the Treaty of Vienna. His conception was conservatism. But Mazzini was contemporary and compelling.

He reassured the young members of these associations to be associated with seditious actions. Following his convictions on the representation of his confidential communities, more such alliances were authorized in  France, Switzerland, Germany, and Poland.

Thus this caused disagreement among them and Metternich excerpted ' Mazzini is the most dangerous enemy of our social order'

Political liberalism: It stood for equality before the law. Revolutionary France marked the first political experiment in liberal democracy in which right to vote and get elected was granted exclusively to property-owning men. Men without property, and all women were excluded from political rights. Throughout the 19th and 20th centuries, women and non-propertied men organised opposition movements demanding equal political rights. Economic liberalism: It stood for freedom of markets and the abolition of state-imposed restrictions on the movement of goods and capital. Customs Union or ‘zollverein’ was formed in Prussia, joined by most oLthe German states. The Union abolished tariff barriers and reduced the number of currencies from thirty to two.

In Belgium, leaders recognised the existence of regional differences and cultural diversities. The Belgian government accommodated its diverse ethnic population in the following manner:

  • Constitution says that the number of Dutch and French speaking ministers shall be equal in the Central government. Thus, no single community can make decisions unilaterally.
  • Many powers of the Central Government have been given to the state governments, of the two regions of the country. The state governments are not subordinate to the Central government.
  • Brussels has a separate government in which both the communities have equal representation.
  • There is a third kind of government, called the ‘community government’. This government is elected by the people belonging to one language community—Dutch, French and German speaking, no matter where they live. This government has the power regarding cultural education and language related issues.
These arrangements helped to avoid a civic strife between the two major communities and a possible division of the country on linguistic lines.
