A group of people who come together to contest elections and to hold power in the government are called political parties They agree on some policies and programmes for the society in a view to promote collective good. Since there can be different views on what is good for all parties tried to persuade people why their policies are better than others. They seek to implement these policies by winning popular support through elections. Thus parties reflect Fundamental poltical division in a society

The Human Development Index is a composite static of life expectancy, education, and per capita income indicators , which are used to rank countries into four tiers of human development. A country scores higher HDI when the lifespan is higher. The HDI was developed by Indian Economist Amartya Sen and Pakistani Economist Mohbub Ul Haq , often framed I terms of whether people are able to "be" and "do" described things in their life , and was published by the United nation development programme. VARIABLE OF HDI:(1)-Life expecting at birth for health . (2)-Adult literacy rate. (3)-Mean years of schooling for education. (4)-Gross National Income per capita for the standard of living.
