Isobar is that element which differs in the chemical property but has the same physical property. So, we can say that isobars are those elements which have a different atomic number but the same mass number.
Example: 40S, 40Ar, 40Ca. 40Cl, and 40K.
Atoms that have an equal number of protons but a different number of neutrons and protons are called isotopes.
Example: 16O, 17O, and 18O.

The ratio of the speed of light in a vacuum to the speed of monochromatic light in the substance of interest. Also called the absolute index of refraction it is commonly called the refractive index or index of refraction. However, those two terms are also sometimes applied without warning to the ration found when the ray emerges into the air instead of a vacuum. That ratio should be called a relative refractive index.
The ratio of the first value to the second one is about the relative refractive index of the glass. In the case of a concave surface, beams originally propagating along the main optical axis will be refracted in such a way that they will never intersect.

A thermite reaction is basically iron oxide (rust) reacting with aluminum to produce molten iron. The products are aluminium oxide, elemental iron, and a large amount of heat. The reactants are commonly or thermite mixture is aluminum powder and iron oxide (rust) powder. When the mixture is heated, it starts reacting as the aluminum is more reactive than the iron and aluminium forms stronger and stable bonds with oxygen than iron.

Electric Current: The flow of electric charge is known as electric current. Electric current is carried by moving electrons through a conductor. By convention, electric current flows in opposite direction to the movement of electrons.

The equivalent resistance is where the total resistance connected either in parallel or in series. Electrical resistance shows that how much energy will be required when we move the charges i.e. current through the circuit. If we need lots of energy, then the resistance necessary should also be high. The equivalent resistance of a network is the single resistor which can replace the entire network in such a way that for a certain applied voltage as V we will get the same current as I.

Amoeba shows the holozoic nutrition. It means that the Amoeba consumes the whole food through the endocytosis and digests the food inside the cell within the food vacuole. The digestion process can be describes as :
1. Ingestion- Amoeba moves towards the food by making pseudopodia. The pseudopodia surround the food particle and fuse to form the food vacuole, which is then taken inside the cytoplasm.
2. Digestion- The food vacuole is combined with lysosomes that contain the hydrolytic enzymes. These enzymes perform the breakdown of food particles.
3. Absorption- The digested food is then absorbed directly into the cytoplasm from where it will be distributed to the different organelles.
4. Assimilation- The absorbed food is used for the generation of energy. The excess amount is stored in the form of glycogen and lipids in the cytoplasm.
5. Excretion- The undigested food in the food vacuole is excreted out of the cell as the food vacuole fuses with the cell membrane and perform exocytosis.
