Current flows more easily through the thick wire because in a thick wire the electrons get more space to flow and they will not hit more atoms nd the resistance will be less as compared to thin wire. Also resistance is inversely proportional to area of cross section,if area will increase then the resistance will decrease.

Anshika Sharma 4 years, 2 months ago

In thick wire , because resistance is inversely proportional to area of cross section, or agar resistance kam hoga to current jada flow karega , because resistance is inversely proportional to current ?

A Bharath 4 years, 2 months ago

The current will flow more easily through the thick wire than the thin wire. It is because the resistance of a conductor is inversely proportional to its area of cross-section. If the thicker the wire, the less is resistance and hence more easily the current flows.

We feel muscle pain after a vigorous exercise because while doing vigorous exercise we respire faster but the oxygen don't reach muscle at time ,therefore the lack of oxygen occur in muscles which makes the cell of muscle to do anaerobic respiration. The by - product of anaerobic respiration that is lactic acid get accumulated within muscle causing muscle pain or cramps.

Anshika Sharma 4 years, 2 months ago

Because of formation of lactic acid

Breathing is external process and extracellular and occur only to limited body parts ,no energy is released where respiration is internal and intracellular process and occur in each and every cell of our body , it releases energy

Hitaishi Dhakse✌✌ 4 years, 2 months ago

RESPIRATION - It is the process by which food is oxidized to release energy. For this O^2 is required from outside of the body to breakdown the food. BREATHING - It is the process of taking in required gas(inhalation) and giving out unrequired gases(exhalation)

The process of respiration in plants involves using the sugars produced during photosynthesis plus oxygen to produce energy for plant growth. In many ways, respiration is the opposite of photosynthesis. As with photosynthesis, plants get oxygen from the air through the stomata.

1 Meaning and Other Names
  • Concave means rounded or hollowed like the interior of a circle or sphere
  • Also called as a converging mirror.
  • Convex means rounded or curved like the exterior of a circle or sphere.
  • Also called as a fish eye or diverging mirror.
2 Mirror Shape
3 Structure
  • The mirror coating of the concave mirror is on the outside of the spherical surface.
  • In concave mirrors, the centre of curvature and the reflecting surface fall on the same side of the mirror.
  • The mirror coating of the convex mirror is on the inside of the spherical surface.
  • In convex mirrors, the centre of curvature and the reflecting surface fall on the opposite side of the mirror.
4 Position of the Focus
  • Focus lies in front of the mirror i.e. focal length, is positive.
  • The focus lies behind the mirror i.e. focal length is negative.
5 Image Properties
  • The image formed by a concave mirror is real, inverted and enlarged (except when the object is between P and F where the image is virtual, erect and enlarged).
  • The image formed by a convex mirror is virtual, erect and diminished.
6 Image Projection
  • An image can be projected on a screen as they are real.
  • Image cannot be projected on a screen as they are virtual.
7 Usage
  • They are used in reflecting telescopes, shaving mirrors, torchlights, etc. as they give a magnified image of the objects.
  • Convex mirrors are used as side view or rearview mirrors in vehicles as they cover a wider area of view.

CONCAVE MIRROR Spherical mirror whose inner side is reflecting are called concave mirror CONVEX MIRROR Spherical mirror whose outer side is reflecting are called convex mirror

Mishti Roy 4 years, 2 months ago

Concave mirror- It is kind of spherical mirror whose reflected surface is curved inwards. Eg- headlights, solar cooker, shaving mirror. Convex mirror- It is kind of spherical mirror whose reflected surface is curved outwards Eg- dentist mirror, security mirror, rear view mirror etc.

Assertion : Brown fumes are produced when lead nitrate is heated.

This is true.

When lead nitrate is heated strongly, NO2 and O2  are given out.

In this decomposition reaction, the colourless compound lead nitrate forms a yellow compound, lead monoxide, and brown fumes of nitrogen dioxide gas are evolved.

Reason: Nitrogen dioxide is produced as a by product due to the decomposition of lead nitrate.

This is true.

2 Pb(NO3)2 → 2 PbO  + 4 NO2 + O2

Both Assertion and Reason are correct and Reason explains the assertion.

Option A is correct.

The concave mirror in a reflecting mirror collects the light from distant celestial objects. Since the light sources are very far away, the incoming light rays are effectively parallel. The concave mirror focuses the light rays on a flat mirror, kept at its focal distance.

Open Unemployment

Disguised unemployment

Open employment refers to the situation in which an individual has no job and unable to earn his livelihood.

Disguised unemployment refers to the situation in which people work at a place where there is no more people are required. The situation in which people are apparently working but all of them are made to work less than their potential.

This unemployment is clearly visible. Open unemployment is the unemployment which is visible and seen that some people who want to work but do not have the work.

This unemployment is hidden. Under this, the worker is working, but if he is removed, the production does not fall.

People's unemployment will affect the production of goods and services in an economy.

People's unemployment won't affect the production of goods and services because here already more than the requirement of people are working so if they leave that's not a big deal.

Open unemployment exists among the educated unemployed. Generally, this type of unemployment can be seen in urban areas.  Disguised unemployment is mostly found in Primary sectors because of the unavailability of work for them.
