The probability of an event will not be less than 0. This is because 0 is impossible (sure that something will not happen). The probability of an event will not be more than 1. This is because 1 is certain that something will happen.

Take the first term ...and split it => SinA/secA + sinA/tanA - sinA => SinAcosA + cosA - sinA In the same way split the second term...it will result in cosAsinA + sinA - cosA Add both...=> After elimination there will be left only ( sinAcosA )^2 Change cos A as 1/sinA SinA will be cancelled out and ( 1 ) ^2= 1 Hence proved!!

We know that if a, b and c are in AP then a+c/2=b So, (n-2)+(5n+2)/2=4n-1 6n/2=4n-1 3n=4n-1 4n-3n=1 n=1 And the numbers are n-2=1-2=-1, 4n-1=4(1)-1=3,and 5n+2=5(1)+2=7

Let AB be the surface of the lake and P be the point of observation such that AP = 60 m. Let C be the position of the cloud and C be its reflection in the lake.
Then CB =
Draw PM⊥CB
Let CM = h
∴ CB = h + 60 m

In ∆CPM

⇒ 3h = h + 120 m
⇒ 2h = 120 m
⇒ h = 60 m
CB = h + 60m = 60m + 60m = 120m
Thus, the height of the cloud from the surface of the lake is 120 m.

Honey ??? 6 years, 10 months ago

Dist beyween lake and cloud is equals to dist. between lake and cloud shadow
