First draw the diagram. Then take height of tower as x. Also tan 30=10/y 1/√3=10/y y=10√3 Use it to find height of tower. Tan 60=10+x/10√3 √3=10+x/10√3 30=10+x x=20 Therefore height of tower is 20m

Let the point be (x,0) because it lies on x axis so y is 0 Find OA first with this formula  √(x¹-x²)^2+(y¹-y²)^2 Then find OB you will get something with values of x since they are equal equate both expression then you will get the value of x either directly or an equation after solving you will get x .

Let assume that √7 is a rational number. So, √7=a/b (a & b are Co-prime number & b is not equal to 0) Squaring both side (√7)^2 = (a/b)^2 7 = a/b^2 7b^2 = a^2 Therefore, 7b^2 divides a^2 & a. ---------(1) Again, Let the a^2 = m^2 7m^2 = b^2 7a^2 = b^2 Therefore, 7a^2 divides b^2 & b. ---------(2) By equations (1) & (2), We get that, Our assumption is wrong. So, √7 is an Irritaional number.

Let us assume that 7 is rational. Then, there exist co-prime positive integers a and b such that 7=ba ⟹a=b7 Squaring on both sides, we get a2=7b2 Therefore, a2 is divisible by 7 and hence, ais also divisible by7 so, we can write a=7p, for some integer p. Substituting for a, we get 49p2=7b2⟹b2=7p2. This means, b2 is also divisible by 7 and so, b is also divisible by 7. Therefore, a and b have at least one common factor, i.e., 7. But, this contradicts the fact that a and bare co-prime. Thus, our supposition is wrong. Hence, 7 is irrational.

first assume it as a rational number And then solve Answer = Root 5 +root 3 =p/q where q is not equal to 0 Root 5 + root 3 ×q =p Root 3 = p/5q Since root 3 is an irrational number and p/q is isn't clear So root 5+ root 3 is an irrational number.
