Question: X+1/x-2 +x-2/x+2=4-2x+3/x-2

Answer:

x =

Step-by-step explanation:

Compare above equation with

ax²+bx+c=0, we get

a = 5, b = 19, c = -30

Discreminant (D)=-4ac

= (19)²-4×19×(-30)

= 361+600

= 961

By Quadratic Formula:

x = [-b±√D]/(2a)

=

=

Now,

x=

Or x =

x =

x =

Full question: Find the value of: (3 tan 41/cot 49)^2 - (sin35sec55/tan10tan20tan60tan70tan80)^2

Answer:

26/3

Step-by-step explanation:

Given find the value of:

(3 tan 41/cot 49)^2 - (sin35 sec55 / tan10 tan20 tan60 tan70 tan80)^2

(3 tan 41 / cot (90 - 41) -  sin 35 sec(90 - 35) / tan 10. tan 20. tan 60 . tan(90 - 20) tan(90 - 10)

(3 tan 41 / tan 41)^2 - (sin 35 sec(90 - 35) / tan 10 tan 20 tan 60 tan(90 - 20)tan(90 - 10))^2

(3 x 1)^2 - (sin 35 cosec 35 / tan 10. cot 10. tan 20. cot 20. tan 60)^2

9 - (1 / 1 x 1 x √3)^2      (because cosec 35 = 1/sin35)

9 - 1 / 3

27 - 1 / 3

 26 / 3

(1 +sinA/cosA+1/cosA) (1+cosA/sinA-1/sinA) = ((CosA+sinA+1)/cosA) ((sinA+cosA-1)/sinA) =(sinA+cosA) to the power 2-1/sinA. CosA=sinA square +cosA square +2sinA.cosA-1/sinA.cosA=1+2 sinA. CosA-1/sinA. CosA=2sinA.cosA/2sinA.cosA=. 2

 p^2x^2+(p^2-q^2)x-q^2=0

 p^2x^2+p^2x-q^2x-q^2=0

p^2x(x+1)-q^2(x+1)=0

(x+1)(p^2x-q^2)=0

x+1=0 so x=-1

p^2x-q^2=0

or x=q^2/p^2

Take root 5 as rational no. As an assumtion or contrary then prove it irrational and write it contradicts our assumption so root 5 is irrational and then 2 on other side and prove it as fully irrational no.

Sahil Ghuge 6 years, 4 months ago

First prove √5is irrational then take 2on another side of = then say irrational can not be equal to rational therefore it is irrational

Let n=1 so an= 3(1)-5= -2 Let ,n=2 3(2)-5= 1 A.P.=-2,1,4,7............ The a5= a +4d -2+4(3)=10

Yogita Ingle 6 years, 4 months ago

Substitute 5 in place of n
Given  An
an= 3n -5
By substitution, We get
a5 = 3(5) - 5
= 15 - 5
= 10
Therefore 5th term of a.p is 10.

Let f(x)=x2-3x+2=

=x2-2x-x+2

=x(x-2)-(x-2)

=(x-1)(x-2)

Now let g(x)=x2-4x+3=(x-1)(x-3)

We find that x-1 is common factor of f(x) and g(x)

equations are

x-4y+p=0------------------(1)

and 2x+y-q=0.-------------(2)

Putting x=3 and y=1 in(1)

3+4*1+p=0

p=-3-4=-7

putting  x=3 and y=1 in (2)

2*3+3-q=0

q=6+3=9
