Given- ABCD is a trapezium with AB//CD and the diagonals AC and BD intersect at O. To prove- OA/OC = OB/OD Proof- In the figure consider the Δ OAB and OCD Angle DOC = Angle AOB ( vertically opp. Angles are equal) Since AB // DC Angle DOC =Angle OAB (alternative angles are equal) therefore AA corollary of similar triangles Therefore Δ OAB ~ Δ OCB when the 2 Δ are similar ,the side are proportionally. OA/OC =OB/OD . Hence proved

Firstly, Draw a line parallel to AB and CD and then prove it by using Thales theorem.

x^2-x => x(x-1) are the factor of x^3+x^2+ax+b . Hence, 0 and 1 are the factor of x^3+x^2+ax+b . Put x=0 , we get, (0)^3 + (0)^2 + a×0 + b =0 => b= 0 . Put x = 1 , we get, (1)^3 + (1)^2 + a×1+ b = 0 => 1+1+a+0 = 0 ( after putting b=0) => 2+a=0 => a = -2.

As x sin theta = y cos theta x sin3 theta + y cos theta = sin theta cos theta Sin2 theta + 1 =sin theta cos theta Cos2 theta= sin theta cos theta Cos2 theta/ cos theta = sin theta Cos theta = sin theta Therefore, sin2 theta = cos2 theta x sin theta = y cos theta x cos( 90° - theta) = y cos theta therefore x= y Also, x2 = y2 And if they are equal their sum will be 1 therefore, x2+y2=1 (Tho not sure if it is correct, just helpin dude)

More nimbu pani

Naruto Uzumaki??? 6 years, 2 months ago

Well the answer is that there will be more chai in the 1st glass and more nimbu pani in 2nd glass. But ur question is wrong since you are asking whether there is more nimbu pani in first glass of chai or more chai in 2nd glass of nimbu pani, both the things are same because if there is more nimbu pani in 1st glass then its common sense that there will be more chai in 2nd glass. Because both glasses cant have the same amount of ingredient. I guess now even you are confused. ?

Naruto Uzumaki??? 6 years, 2 months ago

Confusion hi confusion hai solution kuch pata nahi, damn your question is truely very confusing.

So, y = 2 and x = 1

Aadya Singh ? 6 years, 2 months ago

37x + 43y = 123 .......(1) , 43x+37y = 117....(2) , Adding equation (1) and (2) , we get, 80x + 80 y = 240 , x+y=3 ......(3) , Subtracting equation (2) from (1) , we get, -6x+6y = 6 , -x + y = 1 ........(4) , Adding (3) and (4) , 2y = 4 , y = 2 . Now, put the value of y in (3) , we get, x = 1.

If possible let√2 be the rational no. In The form of. a/b where a and b are Co prime no. Now , √2= a/b. Squaring both side. (√2)2 = a2 / b2.. 2 = a2/b2... b2= a2/2 ... So, 2a is divisible by 2 so, a is divisible by 2(by theorm). Now let a=2c So . b2 =( 2c)2/2 ... b2= 4c2/2. .. b2= 2c2... b2/2= c2.. Hence, ... B2 is divisible by 2 so, B is divisible by 2(by theorm).... Hence our contradiction is wrong and√2 is irrational ....proved.... Here, a2 = a square...
