Sin A= 12/13 Therefore p=12 and h=13 b2 = h2-p2 b2= (13)2 -(12)2 b2=169-144 b2=25 b= root25 b=5 Hence cos A= b/h=5/13 tan A=p/b=12/5
Given sin A=12/13 ie. Opposite/Hypotenuse Then By Pythagoras theorem AC^2=AB^2+BC^2 13^2=12^2+BC^2 169=144+BC^2 169-144=BC^2 √25=BC 5=BC cos A = Adjacent side/Hypotenuse cos A=5/13 tan A= 12/5

Statement: If a line is drawn parallel to one side of a triangle, to interest the other two sides at indistinct points, the other two sides are divided in the same ratio. Given: - In △ABC,DE∥BC,,,, To prove:- AD/DB = AE/EC,, Construction:- BE and CD are joined. EF⊥AB and DN⊥AL,,  are drawn.,, Proof:-,, ar(△ADE) = 1/2×AD×EF,,                   =1/2×AE×DN,, ar(△BDE) = 1/2×BD×EF,, ar(△CDE) = 1/2×EC×DN,, ar(△ADE)/ar(△BDE) = 1/2×AD×EF/1/2×BD×EF   ........(1),, ar(△ADE)/ar(△CDE) = 1/2×AE×DN/1/2×EC×DN   ........(2),, But, ar(△BDE) = ar(△CDE)    ..............(3),,   , as they are on the same base DE and DE∥BC,,  from (1), (2) and (3) we get AD/DB = AE/EC,, Thank you.

If sinA = 12 / 13 , so find 1 / cos A = ?

sin2A + Cos2A = 1

(12/13)2 + cos2A = 1

144/169 + cos2A = 1

cos2A = 1 - 144/169

cos2A = (169-144)/169

cos2A = 25/169

cos A = 5/13

1/cosA = 13/5

t1=a=31,, t2=28          ,, t2−t1=28−31=−3        Since difference between consecutive terms is constant. d=−3     ∴ sequence is in A.P,, ∴ sequence is, tn=a+(n−1)d,, 0=31+(n−1)(−3),, 0=31−3n+3       ∴34=3n     n=334=11.33,, which is not an integer,, ∴ 0 is not a term of the following A.P,, Thank you.

4x−3y+4=0 ⟹x=4−4+3y Let, y=4, then x=4−4+3(4)=2 Similarly, when y=0,x=−1 4x+3y−20=0 ⟹x=420−3y Let, y=4, then x=420−3(4)=2 Similarly, when y=0,x=5 Plotting the above points on the graph, we get, the intersecting point i.e(2,4) Area of the region bounded by these lines and x-axis =21×6units×4 units =12 sq. units.
