Environmental Protection Essay 300 Words The process of protecting the environment from pollution and exploitation is referred to as environmental protection. The overarching goal of protecting the environment is to make it a healthy place for the present and future generations. The environment is continuously facing degradation due to human activities and thus our planet is on the verge of depletion. People are exploiting the natural resources without giving a thought to its adverse consequences on the earth and its living beings. However, we can still come together and save our environment from the inhumane activities. Ways to safeguard the environment: 1. People should start conserving water which is the most essential component of life. We should close all taps after use and should encourage rainwater harvesting to preserve water and combat the water crisis. 2. Save electricity by switching off all the lights and devices when not in use. Try to incorporate solar energy panels that do not cause any pollution and contribute to sustainable living. 3. We should use public transport to reduce air pollution levels. Also, we must not throw waste into the water bodies to prevent water pollution. 4. Recycling and reuse of products must be encouraged along with the use of paper bags instead of plastic ones. 5. Promote afforestation and reforestation to increase green cover on the earth. 6. Do not waste food and water. The food and water you waste hold much value to the people who do not get it easily. Conclusion: Hence, these are some of the activities that can contribute to protecting the environment. It is the responsibility of every citizen to save the environment from being depleted. It is high time to take steps to protect the environment and bring positive changes in society. The government, on the other hand, should take measures to combat environmental pollution and people should come up with some eco-friendly techniques to protect the environment.

10 Lines on Discipline Discipline is the watchword everywhere whether society, school, an organization, or home. Army and the police force are based on discipline. Orders must be obeyed. So it is in the school; in the classroom full attention to the teacher. To follow discipline, one’s personal liberty has to be curtailed whether it is moving on the road or living in a family. Even in general life, the rules of nature if broken would mean ill-health. Discipline is the keyword for a smooth system of life. Discipline directs us to adopt the right principles and become successful in our life. It helps to generate self-confidence and self-control in our life. Respecting others and being obedient is the principle of discipline. Discipline is also important for a nation’s development by carrying and completing all the tasks within time limits.

I agree with the given statement , because as we see in the story " the black aeroplane" after lost in the storm narrator was no hope to come out safely. He also tried too much to contact with control room . And he also says that I will take the risk . Just after then a black aeroplane helped him like a guide, it was a ray of hope for him. After landing safely and knowing that no other plane was seen on the radar . It was his faith in god and also his faith in himself that helped him in landing safely .

For Mandela courage does not mean the absence of fear but a victory over fear. According to him brave men need not be fearless but should be able to conquer fear. Courage was the result of decades of oppression and brutality. Courage, Mandela concludes, is the risk undertaken by men and women who gave their lives for an idea. It is being able to withstand without being shattered, by reflecting strength and resilience. Mandela understood that courage was not the absence of fear but the triumph over it. Being courageous also means being able to conquer the fear.

Rajvir enjoyed magnificent view with a lot of greenery on his way to Pranjol’s house. He saw soft green paddy fields and then the tea bushes. It seemed there was a sea of tea bushes against the backdrop of densely wooded hills. There were tall sturdy shade-trees. Amidst the rows of tea bushes, tea pluckers were looking like dolls.

The girl in this poem named Amanda craves for peace and freedom in her life. However, she is always reminded of her mistakes by her mother. Amanda’s mother wants her to follow the code of conduct of good behavior.

She constantly keeps nagging Amanda as she wants her to be obedient and well-mannered. However while doing this, she forgets that Amanda is only a child and must be permitted some freedom. The poet has written about the condition of those children who are continually pestered by their parents in the name of good behavior.

Amanda too feels pestered since her mother’s keeps constantly nagging her. Amanda is always pointed at for her mistakes and small things such as like not sitting straight and hunching and slouching while sitting, not cleaning her shoes and her room, not completing her homework, and so on.This makes Amanda feel that she is being constantly pressurized in being a well-behaved girl as per her mother’s demand.
