1) he uses irony/satire to proove to the mob that the conspirators were not actually honorable neither their cause for killing scaesar was noble

</header>

2)he appeals to the passions and feelings of the mob by showing them caesars corpse, reminds them of how he overcame nervii and questions them about what is withholding them for mourning for caesar.

3)he supports his points with logical reasons, he tells that caesar was not ambitious because a)he wept with the poor 2)he brought many captives to rome whose ransoms filled the general coffers c)thrice refused the kingly crown offered by antony on the lupercal

4)he played to the emotions of the mob by saying they would do wrong to themselves if they didnt seek revenge against the conspirators

5) plays to their greed by mentioning caesars will a) he gave every citizen 75 drachmas b)he also left his private walks and newly planted orchids for them to refresh and recreate themselves . by doing this he made them realise they were all caesars heirs and it was their duty to avenge caesars death.

6) he quitely implanted a seed of mutiny and rage

in this way antony's speech was more effective.

Brutus told that caesar has become ambitious... He wanted to make all romans his slave... And for benifit of roman they killed them.

Gaurav Seth 7 years ago

Brutus tells that he killed Caesar because he had become ambitious and wanted to be the king of Rome. He killed Caesar for the betterment of Rome. He was also ready to lay down his life for his country. He honoured Caesar as long as he was heroic but when he became ambitious he killed him.

The moral of the poem is One should not be to much simple and innocent that anyone can take advantage of us......like in the poem frog take the advantage nightangle in many ways.... Nightangle is so innocent that she didn't understand the clever tricks of frog..........and at last while performing in the stage her one of the vein burst out and she died.....

Miss Sullivan deserves all the praise she received from
Helen. She taught her with immense patience and love. She endured her initial
stubbornness to her methodology. She devised unique and innovative methods to
teach Helen the secrets of language, reading, speaking, imagination, and other
mysteries of life. She was always there with her in her ups and downs. No
doubt, Helen considered her teacher as her own inseparable part!

Miss Sullivan took unprecedented pains to teach Helen manual alphabet. Since
Helen was suffering from hearing as well as visual disabilities, Miss Sullivan
really had to work very hard to teach Helen the alphabet. In the 7 chapter,
Helen praises Miss Sullivan in the following words: "Thus I learned from
life itself. At the beginning I was only a mass of possibilities. It was my
teacher who unfolded and developed them. When she came, everything about me
breathed of love and joy and was full of meaning." It was Miss Sullivan's
genius, her sympathy, her loving tact and expert teaching skills which made the
first years of Helen's education so beautiful. Miss Sullivan made learning easy
and fun-filled for Helen.

Miss Sullivan preferred teaching Helen out of doors in close proximity with
nature . Miss Sullivan ensured Helen touched each and everything she learnt.
One of their favourite learning spots was Keller's Landing, an old wharf on the
Tennessee river, where Helen learnt Geography. There Helen made dams of
pebbles, islands and lakes, dug river beds while Miss Sullivan described the
physical and topographical features of the round world. Miss Sullivan would
describe to Helen the burning mountains, buried cities, moving rivers of ice,
etc. She made raised maps in the clay in relief so that Helen could feel the
mountain ridges, valleys, and the devious course of rivers.

The mystery of the language was revealed to Helen by Miss Sullivan. Miss
Sullivan was an expert teacher who was trained to teach the blind children.
However, she had to be very patient and innovative while teaching Helen as she
had hearing disability too. Miss Sullivan would often write the spelling of the
all the objects on Helen's hand after allowing her to touch them. For example
after giving her doll for a while, she would spell the word "d-o-l-l"
on her hand. Miss Sullivan had to face a great difficulty many times making
things clear to Helen. Once Helen got stuck at knowing the difference between
'water' and 'mug'.  Miss Sullivan took Helen out; she put her hand under
the spout and let Helen feel the cool stream on one hand, and on her other hand
Miss Sullivan spelled the word "w-a-t-e-r". That living word awakened
her soul to the secret of learning words with their meanings.

(Day and Date)
(Time)
Dear Diary,
i thought i was the mightiest of all in my real life. this thought made me feel so great and important. i wanted to perpetuate my greatness and my achievements. so i had got a colossal statue of mine built and on the pedestal i had got an inscription that announced that i was "the mightiest of the mighty". however , a recent visit to the site gave me the shock of my life-there was no trace of my glory and achievements there !
All my works - forts , inns castles , gardens and what not - had disappeared. even the statue lay in pieces - just a pair of legs on the pedestal and my face, with an expression of sneer and cold -command still intact , lay half sunk in sand.there was no trace of the trunk anywhere . i must admit the sight shook me through and through and made me poignantly aware of the power of time.
How foolish and ludicrous on my part to have sought immortality ! i wish time could give me another opportunity to make amends for my past mistakes . oh,i wish i was humble and loving king with compassion and kindness for all. why did i seek immortality at all knowing that time and death overcome everything in this world?

Annie Sullivan is Helen Keller's mentor and teacher as she grows up. Sullivan is partially blind, and she was educated at The Perkins Institute for the Blind. In terms of her character, she is very patient and loving with Helen, and she loves to teach Helen about the world, whether that is through academics or the more abstract life lessons that come from being immersed in nature.

Mildred
Keller was Helen's younger sister. Helen did not like her when she was very
young. Once, when Mildred was just a newly born baby, Helen found her sleeping
peacefully in the cradle which was meant for Nancy, the doll. Helen grew angry,
and overturned it. Mildred might have died if Helen's mother had not caught her
as she fell.

But as Mildred and Helen grew together, they loved each other very much. Both
of them would play and move around the house holding each other's hand. Later
on when Helen faced many challenges while learning to speak, at times, she got
so much discouraged that she would want to quit learning the speech. But the
thought of conversing with Mildred filled her with strength and energy, and she
would practice more. Thus, we see Mildred was Helen's heart.

There is not a lot of information on Mildred in the autobiography but the reader does learn that, after an event when Helen tips Mildred out of a crib, the two sisters do grow "into each other's hearts"(ch 2). Helen is jealous of the attention that Mildred gets from her mother - attention that used to be directed to her. One day she notices that Mildred has been placed in a crib reserved for Helen's beloved doll, Nancy, and it is just as well that Helen's mother is on hand to avoid catastrophe. One year, whilst spending the summer at the family's cottage in Fern Quarry, Mildred tells Helen all about what she sees - the train tracks and cows straying on to them, and the trestle. Helen and Mildred go walking in the woods with Miss Sullivan but unfortunately they get lost. It is Mildred who spots the trestle which allows them to find their way back but not before they are almost run over by a train. When they do return, the family is out looking for them as it is so late. A poignant moment for Helen when she realizes that she and Mildred will be able to communicate more effectively is when Helen learns to speak and no longer feels "dumb."The most important thing on Helen's mind is that "My little sister will understand me now."(ch 13) Helen's family are delighted at her achievement with Mildred taking Helen's hand and dancing. When Helen goes to The Cambridge School, Mildred also attends and the sisters are inseparable "for six happy months "(ch 18) although they are eventually withdrawn from the school after a disagreement between the school and Helen's parents.
