The British were very depressed due to the fact that excessive cutting of the trees by the villagers could lead to shortage of timber and bamboo for Europe to export.
Also Dietrich Brandis a German Forest expert was called for the scientific planning of the forests in India. So the Indian Forest Service w as set up in 1906.
Dietrich Brandis was made the forest inspector of forests in India.

An election commission is an Independent body responsible for holding free and fair elections in India. To make sure that election commission doesn't act in a partisan manner nor under the influence of legislature or executive branch of the government , there are sufficient provisions that gurantees its independence and makes it powerful.
a. An EC is an autonomous body , independent of government control.
b. The President of India appoints the Chief Election Commission (CEC). After the appointment, the CEC is neither answerable to the government nor the President.
c.EC takes all decisions related to elections. It declares the election dates, prepare electoral rolls, declare results.
d.The EC has the power of punishing those candidates/parties who violate the Model Code of Conduct.

Chennai lies in the Eastern coast of India.
South-West monsoon is less rainy in Chennai due to the following reasons .
(i) The Arabian Sea branch hits the Western Ghats and causes heavy rainfall there. By the time it advances towards Chennai, it becomes off-shore and gives less rain.
(ii) Bay of Bengal branch blows parallel to Tamil Nadu and does not give rainfall.

The uprising, which persisted from 1789 to 1799, also had continuing impacts on the peace of Europe. It preceded constitutional models to France but did not make the country a democracy.

Western part of western ghat receive more rainfall than eastern ghat because western ghat is a continuous chain of high hills , due to this the moisture carrying wind arises from Arabian sea is not able to move in eastward direction of western ghat (due to high hills )and that area(western part of western ghat)receives heavy rainfall. Against it , eastern ghat is a discontinuous chain of low hills , due to this the moisture carrying wind arises from Bay Of Bengal move forward(in westward direction of eastern ghat) and that area(area of eastern ghat )receives low rainfall than (area of) western ghat.

Physical capital is the variety of inputs required in the process of production.Ther are two types of physical capitals:- 1.Working Capital:-It is a type of capital the needs to be renewed after every one production process.It gets exhausted in one production and for another production process the same materials have to be bought again. 2.Fixed capital:-It is the type of capital that is not renewed after every production. The same materials can be used again and again for a long period of time.(such as 10 years or so). Human Capital:-The are the people who invest in production, set up factory,arrange labour,do the designing work and put up land, capital etc.
