Apart from various dissimilarities, there were many similarities in the colonial management of the forests in Bastar and Java in Indonesia which are described below:
(i) Both were under the colonial rule.
(ii) For the forest management forest, Acts were implemented.
(iii) The traditional local people were debarred from the benefit of forests.
(iv) Scientific forestry was implemented.

Right to equality: Which includes equality before law, prohibition of discrimination on grounds of religion, race, caste, gender or place of birth, and equality of opportunity in matters of employment, abolition of untouchability and abolition of titles. Right to equality is provided from Article 14 to Article 18 of Indian constitution.
Right to freedom: Which includes freedom of speech and expression, assembly, association or union or cooperatives, movement, residence, and right to practice any profession or occupation, right to life and liberty, protection in respect to conviction in offences and protection against arrest and detention in certain cases. Right to freedom is provided from Article 19 ,20 ,21, 22 of constitution.
Right against exploitation: Which prohibits all forms of forced labour, child labour and trafficking of human beings. It is provided under Articles 23 and 24 of Indian constitution.
Right to freedom of religion: Which includes freedom of conscience and free profession, practice, and propagation of religion, freedom to manage religious affairs, freedom from certain taxes and freedom from religious instructions in certain educational institutes. Article 25 to 28 enumerates the right to freedom of religion.
Cultural and Educational rights: Preserve the right of any section of citizens to conserve their culture, language or script, and right of minorities to establish and administer educational institutions of their choice. Article 29 and Article 30 of Indian constitution provides for cultural and educational rights.
Right to constitutional remedies: Which is present for enforcement of Fundamental Rights. It is provided under Article 32 to 35 of Indian constitution.

- Bay of Bengal branch of Monsoons move from East to West. These move up the Ganga Valley along the Himalayas. As these winds move westward, these become drier and give less rainfall.
- The maximum rainfall of the season is received in the north-eastern part of the country. Mawsynram in the southern ranges of the Khasi Hills receives the highest average rainfall in the world.
- Rainfall in the Ganga valley decreases from the east to the west. Rajasthan and parts of Gujarat get scanty rainfall.

The ideology propagated by the Nazi party is Nazism. Nazi’s believed that all Jewish people should die, the Aryan race is the superior race. A lot of books were burned by Nazis because they thought that those books shouldn’t be read by the German population. They burned around 25000 books which included books from Jewish authors like Einstein and Sigmund Freud, books of authors who are not Jewish were also burned.
The school played an important role in spreading Nazism. Children were thought about Hitler and his ideologies. His birthday and anniversary of taking power were celebrated.

The poverty line is estimated in India in following ways:
- Income Method: A person is considered poor if his or her income falls below a given minimum level necessary to fulfil basic needs.
- Consumption Method: A minimum nutrititioal food requirement for survival is estimated and energy obtained is measured in calories. The accepted average of calory requirement in India.
- Expenditure Method: While determining the poverty line in India a minimum level of food requirement, clothing , footwear, fuel, and light , educational and medical requirement etc. Are determined for subsistence.

The global poverty trends:
(i) Fall in global poverty - The World Bank defines poverty as living on less than $ 1 per day. There has been a substantial reduction in global poverty. It has fallen from 28 percent in 1990 to 21 per cent in 2001.
(ii)Regional variation - Although there has been a substantial reduction in global poverty, it is marked with great regional variation. Poverty declined substantially in China and South-East Asian countries as a result of rapid economic growth and massive investment in human resources development. But the pace of reduction of poverty in South Asian countries is very slow.
(iii)Poverty in India - Poverty in India has also declined, but the pace of reduction is very slow. According to World Bank's definition, 35.3% of the total population is still living below the poverty line.
(iv)Poverty in Sub-Saharan Africa - In Sub-Saharan Africa, poverty in fact rose from 41 per cent in 1981 to 46 per cent in 2001. Sub-sahara includes Algeria, libya, Nigeria, China etc.
(v)Poverty in Russia - The poverty has also resurfaced in some of the former socialist countries like Russia, where officially. It was not existent earlier.
