Liberals: It was a group of a Russian society which wanted to change Russia & wanted a nation which tolerated all religions all religions. They did not believed in universal adult franchise and felt that men of property should mainly habe the right to vote. Radicals: Radicals were a group of people who wanted a nation in which the government was based on majority of country’s population. Conservatives: They were a group of people who opposed the radicals and the liberals and believed that the past had to be respected and a change had to be brought through a slow process.

Liberals: Liberals wanted a change in the society. They wanted toleration towards all religions. They opposed the uncontrolled power of dynastic rulers. They wanted to safeguard the rights of individuals. They favoured a representative, elected parliamentary government. Such a government should be subject to laws interpreted by a well-trained and independent judiciary. However, some of the liberal ideas were not democratic. They did not believe in universal adult franchise and wanted the voting rights only for men with property.

Radicals: Radicals also wanted a change in the society. The radicals were in favour of women’s suffragate movement. They opposed the privileges of wealthy landowners and factory owners. They were not against private property but opposed the concentration of property in a few hands.

Conservatives: The conservatives preferred the status quo. However, their attitudes changed after the French Revolution. They were in favour of gradual change; with some preservation of old institutions.

Universal adult franchise mean that everyone should have one vote and each vote should have equal value.No one should be denied the right to vote without good reason. In India all citizen aged 18 year and above can vote in election.Every citizens has the right to vote, regardless of caste, religion and gender.Some criminal and person with an unsound mind can be denied the right to vote, but only in rare situation.Every five years, complete revision of the voters list take place so that the name of the new voters age are included and name of those who have moved to some other place or are dead can be deleted

Although there are wide variations in weather patterns across India, the monsoon brings some unifying influences on India. The Indian landscape, its flora and fauna, etc. are highly influenced by the monsoon. The entire agricultural calendar in India is governed by the monsoon. Most of the festivals in India are related to agricultural cycle. These festivals may be known by different names in different parts of the country, but their celebration is decided by the monsoon. It is also said that the river valleys which carry the rainwater also unite as a single river valley unit. Due to these reasons, monsoon is often a great unifying factor in India.

The problem faced by Weimar Republic are as follows :
1.Due to the heavy war reparations to be paid Germany was economically very weak.
2. France had occupied the Ruhr region of Germany to forcibly pay the war indemnity.
3. Profit from agriculture diminished and there was a large scale unemployment in the country.
4. The Great Depression totally established the economy and the prosperity of some years came to an end.
5. The weimar Republic could not fulfill the ambition of the people. It was a weak government mostly with coalitions ruling at the Centre. The governments were dissolved very frequently.
