    Declaration of Rights: The Declaration of Rights was a document that declared the rights of the people of France. Passing of Laws: The passing of laws checking the power of the monarch was another significant achievement of th e National Assembly. The National Assembly passed laws that limited the power of the monarch and established a constitutional monarchy. The National Assembly also abolished feudalism and the privileges of the nobility. Establishment of a New Judiciary: The National Assembly also established a new judiciary that was independent of the monarch. The new judiciary was responsible for protecting the rights of the people and ensuring that the laws were enforced. Establishment of a New Legislature: The National Assembly also established a new legislature that was responsible for making laws. The new legislature was comprised of representatives of the people and was responsible for representing the interests of the people. Conclusion: In conclusion, the greatest achievement of the National Assembly convened in France in 1789 was the issuing of the Declaration of Rights. The Declaration of Rights established the principles of democracy and human rights and declared that the power of the government came from the people. The National Assembly also passed laws checking the power of the monarch, established a new judiciary, and established a new legislature. These achievements laid the foundation for modern democracy and human rights.
