Yes, but light travel in vacuum. No need of medium to light travel

Tehreem Sayed 5 years, 9 months ago

In air, sound travels at around 340 meters per second which is very slow in comparison to light. Light can move so much faster because of the different types of waves sound and light are. Light waves move a lot quicker through any clear substance than sound waves can even come close to.

Atoms are small, really small -- there are some thirty thousand billion of them in the head of a pin. But why are atoms so small? It took a great physicist, Erwin Schrödinger, to even think to ask such a question, as he did some 70 years ago in his classic text "What is life?" Already then he took a first step toward its resolution by pointing out that the real issue is not the small size of atoms, but rather the big size of us living creatures. Atoms are small in comparison to us. So the true question becomes: Why are so many atoms -- zillions of them -- needed to make up even the very simplest living thing? Why are we so complex?Well, thanks to a new area of study, systems chemistry, we now have the answer. Living things are highly complex chemical systems, with one central characteristic -- they are fundamentally replicative. All living things are structurally dedicated to that primal agenda, to make more of themselves (though that doesn't mean that all living things are able replicate). But, of course, living things did not appear all of a sudden. The process took millions of years and is generally believed to have begun with the fortuitous emergence of some simple molecular system endowed with the unusual capacity of self-replication. And that primal system then began to evolve

An element is a substance whose atoms all have the same number of protons ; another way of saying this is that all of a particular elements atoms have the same atomic number / compound - a compound is a substance formed when two or more chemical elements are chemically bound together

Tehreem Sayed 5 years, 9 months ago

Elements are substances (like hydrogen and oxygen) that can't be split into simpler substances. A substance like water, that is made up of two or more elements, is called a compound. Compounds are usually very different from the elements that have combined together to make them.

ARTHROPODA :-
1)Body is divided into head, thorax and abdomen.

2)Body is covered by chitinous exoskeletons.

3) They have jointed appendages.

4)Excretion occurs through coxal gland on malpighian tubules.

5) Respiration occurs through tracheae or book lungs, e.g. prawn, cockroach.

MOLLUSCA:-
1)Soft body divided into three distinct parts- a distinct head, visceral mass and muscular foot.

2)Body is covered by calcareous shell.

3)They have distinct foot for moving around.

4)Excretions occurs through nephridia.

5) Respiration occurs through gills .

Gravitational force between two bodies depends on:
1. Masses of the two bodies. The greater an object's mass, the greater its gravitational force.
2. Distance of separation between them. The smaller the distance greater is the gravitational force.

Anurag Choudhary 5 years, 9 months ago

Gravitational force between two object depend on square of distancee between objects and masses of the object.

Mass of car= 1500kg Velocity=60 km/h =60^5/18 =16.67m/s KE=1/2×mv² =1/2×1500×16.67×16.67 = 208416 j =208.4 kj So the work need to stop the car is 208.4 kj .

Yogita Ingle 5 years, 9 months ago

Mass of car, m = 1500 kg
velocity, v = 60 km/h = {tex}60 \times \frac{5}{18}=16.67\ ms^{-1}{/tex}

Kinetic energy possessed by the car =  {tex}\frac{1}{2} mv²{/tex}
⇒ KE =  {tex}\frac{1}{2} \times 1500 \times 16.67^2=208416.7\ J=208.4\ kJ{/tex}

To stop the car, we have to make the KE of car 0. So the work need to be done is 204.4 kJ.

1)Fever is less common in diarrhea. Fever is more common in dysentery.

2)Diarrhea is a disease that affects the small bowel. Dysentery is a disease that affects the clone

3)Diarrheal infection is located and targets only intestinal lumen and upper epithelial cells. Dysentery not only upper epithelial cells are targeted but colon ulceration also results.

4)There is no cell death in diarrhea and the infection is only caused because of the release of some toxins by the infecting agent. When a person gets dysentery, the upper epithelial cells are attacked and destroyed by the pathogen or disease causing agent.
