let us take parallelogram ABCD

AC and BD are two diagonal which are also equal AC = BD

ABCD  is a parallelogram , therefore opposite sides are equal AB = CD  ,  AD = BC   , Sum of opposite angles = 180o   ,  L B + L D = 180O , LA +  LC = 180O

ABC = ADC are congruent (as  AB = CD , AD = BC , AC = AC )

similarly BCD = BAD  are congruent  as BD=BD is common

L B = L D      But    LB + L D = 180 therefore LB = 90 , LD = 90 , LA = 90 and  L C= 90

Hence ABCD is a rectangle

Let common ratio be x So the angles will be 3x,5x,9x,13x As the angles add up to 360 in a quadrilateral Therefore, 3x + 5x + 9x + 13x = 360 30x=360 X =360/30 = 12 So,3x= 3 5x=60 9x=108 13x=256

Sahdev Sharma 7 years, 10 months ago

Given ratio : 3:5:9:13

Let angles are 3x,5x,9x,13x

Sum of all angles of quadrilateral is 360.

So 3x+5x+9x+13x = 360

=> 30x = 360

=> x = 12

Then angles are : 36,60,108,156
