yes, zero is a rational number . we can write zero in the form of p/q = 0/1 , 0/2 , 0/3 etc.

Zero can be written as- 0/1,0/2,0/3,etc.. So,all the numbers which can be written in the form of p/q, where p abd q are integers but q is not equal to 0 are rational numbers. Therefore 0 is a rational number..
