In Triangle KMN, We have

PQ // MN

Therefore, KP/PM = KQ/QN

KP/PM = KQ/KN-KQ

4/13 = KQ / 20.4 - KQ

4(20.4 - KQ ) = 13 KQ

81.6 - 4KQ = 13 KQ

17 KQ = 81.6

KQ = 81.6/17

⇒ 4.8 cm.

Hence, the value of KQ = 4.8 cm.

And  ,  = - 2 , 3
Let The distance between these points = D unit

∵ Distance =

Or, D =

Or, D =

Or, D =  unit

Or The distance between  these points = D =  unit

Hence, The distance between  these points is  unit .

First equal the denominator of the both LCM OF 5 AND 8 = 40 3/5 × 8/8 = 24/40 7/8 × 5/5 = 35/40 Now, the denominator of both are equal ... Now, we get rational no.s between 24/40 and 35/40 The rationals are : 25/40, 26/40, 27/40, 28/40, 29/40, 30/40, 31/40, 32/40, 33/40, 34/40... U take any three rational no. between them... Thankx.... Have a nice day!!! ?

Let us assume that 2/√7 is rational number.
2/√7= 2/√7 × (√7/√7)= 2√7/7. ( Rationalising)
Now, 2√7/7 = p/q ( as rational no. can be written in the form of p/q)
2√7= 7p/q
√7= 7p/2q
Here LHS is irrational but RHS is rational.
This contradicts the statement.
Our assumption is wrong.
2/ √7 is an irrational number.
