    The post master was impressed by lencho faith in God. He collected seventy - pasio and sent it for lencho. But when lencho counted the money , he was angry. He had asked God for hundred pesos . He could never believe that God har made a mistake. He was surten that the post office people had taken the money . So, the wrote another letter to God. He requested God to send him the rest of the money. But he added , "don't send it through the mail . The post office employees are a bunch of crooks

    No, according to me the office employees weren't a bunch of crooks instead they were kind enough to not shake the faith of Lencho. They all contributed pesos for Lencho but he was really ungrateful to doubt them.

    The main reason behind the help of postmaster was that he didn't wanted to shake Lencho's faith in God. If I were in the place of the postman I would have done the same things as him. We're somehow the messenger of God. It's our act of goodness by which people belive more in faith and less in backstabbing. Allthough seeing the ungrateful act of Lencho I would have regretted my decision.

    According to the poet, the world will end due to the ‘fire’, which symbolises 'desire' but if the world has to end twice then it will be due to the hatred which is symbolised by ‘ice’. The poet feels that there is enough hatred spreading among the people in the world to perish the world twice because unlike fire, ice or hatred affects slowly and gradually and souls of people insensitive to anybody's pain.
