Length of cuboidal shape godown = 15 m
Breadth = 9 m
Height = 6 m

Find the volume of cuboidal godown :-

Volume of cuboid = (Length × Breadth × Height) cu. units
= (15 × 9 × 6) m³
= 810 m³


Side of cubical box = 3 m

Now,
Find the volume of cubical box :-

Volume of cube = (edge)³ sq. units
= (3)³ m³
= 27 m³


Find the number of box can be kept in the godown :-

Number of box = Volume of cuboidal godown / volume of each cubical box
= 810 m³ / 27 m³
= 30


Hence,
The number of box can be kept in the godown = 30

Article 22 {Protection against arrest and detention in certain cases} No person who is arrested shall be detained in custody without being informed, as soon as may be, of the grounds for such arrest nor shall he be denied the right to consult, and to be defended by, a legal practitioner of his choice. Every person who is arrested and detained in custody shall be produced before the nearest magistrate within a period of twenty-four hours of such arrest excluding the time necessary for the journey from the place of arrest to court of the magistrate and no such person shall be detained in custody beyond the said period without the authority of a magistrate.

D. K. Basu Guidelines are the specific requirements and procedures laid down by the Supreme Court of India for the police and other agencies to follow during the arrest, detention and interrogation of any person.

Some of these guidelines include:

  • The police officials who carry out the arrest or interrogation should wear clear, accurate and visible identification and name tags with their designations.
  • A memo of arrest should be prepared at the time of arrest and should include the time and date of arrest. It should also be attested by at least one witness who could include a family member of the person arrested. The arrest memo should be counter-signed by the person arrested.
  • The person arrested, detained or being interrogated has a right to inform a relative, friend or well wisher.
  • When a friend or relative lives outside the district, the time, place of arrest and venue of custody must be notified by police within 8 to 12 hours after arrest.
