An oil refinery or petroleum refinery is an industrial process plant where crude oil is transformed and refined into more useful products such as petroleum naphtha, gasoline, diesel fuel, asphalt base, heating oil, kerosene, liquefied petroleum gas, jet fuel and fuel oils.

Public facilities are services provided by the government to its citizens. Some of the important public facilities include infrastructure, sanitation, public transport, health care, water, etc. The government's main objective is to provide these public facilities to citizens and businesses to manage social and economic activities more smoothly. There are many facilities which need to be provided to everyone. These are known as public facilities. Examples: healthcare, sanitation, electricity, public transport, schools, colleges, drinking water, etc. Long-distance buses are operated by private companies; similarly, there are many Private Hospitals that provide health care for the citizens. As we know that private companies operate for profit in the market. In such cases, private companies provide public facilities but at a price that only some people can afford. Hence, it is the responsibility of the government to provide public facilities.

• Buildings should be made quake proof. Engineers and architects are the experts who can give suitable advice in this regard.
• Light-weight materials should be used for making the buildings in earthquake prone areas.
• Cupboards should be fixed to the walls so that they do not fall on someone during an earthquake.
• People should be made to practice drills for earthquake. Such drills should be frequently organized in schools and at public places.
• In case of an earthquake, you should hide under a table or any other similar structure. If you are in bed, then keep a pillow over your head and do not move out of the bed. If you are in an open area, try to move away from buildings and other structures.
• Proper installation of fire-fighting equipments should be ensured in buildings. Fire due to short circuit and gas leakage is quite common during an earthquake.

The accused is tried in an open court by the public prosecutor. There are two lawyers involved, the defence lawyer who fights the trial for the accused, and the public prosecutor who fights the trial against the accused in an open court.

Fungi:

• Plant -like organisms that do not contain chlorophyll are called Fungi.

Ambedkar. Moreover, the constitution helps in maintaining prosperity and peace in the country.

• Courts are important because they help protect our constitutional rights to equal protection and due process under the law.
• Both criminal and civil courts provide the opportunity for the parties to have their cases heard by neutral judges and/or juries. This process ensures that all cases are decided in a fair and consistent manner.
• Courts provide a forum to resolve disputes and to test and enforce laws in a fair and rational manner.
• Courts are an impartial forum, and judges are free to apply the law without regard to the states wishes or the weight of public opinion but in line with human rights.
