1) The supreme court in the early 1980s devised a mechanism of public interest litigation (PIL) to increase access to justice. 2) It allowed any individual or organisation to file a PIL in the supreme court or in the High court on behalf of those whose rights were being violated. 3) The legal process was greatly simplified and even a letter to the supreme court or in the High court could be treated as PIL. 4) PIL was used to secure justice on a large number of issues such as rescuing bonded labourers from inhuman work conditions.

In hen internal fertilisation is there and here the chances of the young ones survival is more , but in fish the external fertilisation takes place , many eggs get eaten by big fishes and many get destroyed by extreme pressure and other conditions and only less eggs develop into adult fish and have less life span so thats why fish lay more eggs and hen lays only 1 egg.

Shreya Jha 4 years, 11 months ago

And in hen internal fertilization takes place and the baby hatch from the egg has more survival chance as compared to those in case of a fish. Hence, hen lay only one egg and fish lay many eggs .

Shreya Jha 4 years, 11 months ago

The case of fertilization in fish eggs is not much, so when fish lays thousands of eggs at a time , then many of them get eaten by big fishes/animals, many get destroyed due to extreme pressure and other conditions and then the few left- get fertilized and a new offspring (baby fish) is formed .

ANSWER First circle - solve by completing the square: x²+ y² - 4x - 6y - 12 = 0 (x² - 4x) + (y² - 6y) - 12 = 0 (x² - 4x + 4) + (y² - 6y + 9) - 25 = 0 (x-2)² + (y-3)² = 25 So this circle has its center at the point (2,3) and radius 5. Do the same for the second circle: x² + y² + 6x + 18y + 26 = 0 (x² + 6x) + (y² + 18y) + 26 = 0 (x² + 6x + 9) + (y² + 18y + 81) - 64 = 0 (x+3)² + (y+9)² = 64 So this circle has its center at the point (-3, -9) and radius 8. How do we know they touch each other? The x coordinates differ by 5, the y coordinates differ by 12, and the sum of the two radii is 13, and 5/12/13 is a Pythagorean triplet. So the radii of the two circles form the hypotenuse of a right triangle, like this: The point of tangency should be (+1/13, -21/13.) Since the slope of the line that connects the two radii is 12/5, the slope of the tangent line must be -5/12.
