Force exerted by earth, moon, sun and other planets is called gravitational force. Earth attracts all objects towards it. Similarly, all other planets along with moon attract all objects towards them. Since, earth attracts all objects even without coming in contact, thus gravitational force is a non-contact force.

The Battle of Plassey was fought between the forces of the Nawab of Bengal Siraj-ud-Daulah and the English East India Company, led by Robert Clive. It was fought on 23 June 1757 at Plassey near Murshidabad. A major portion of the 50,000 strong army of the Nawab was controlled by Mir Jafar who was hand in gloves with the British. His men did not join the battle at a crucial time. As a result, the Nawab’s men suffered heavy casualties and he himself left the battlefield after the death of his commander Mir Madan. This was a major blow to the Nawab’s army which was, as a result, easily defeated by the British. Later, the Nawab himself was caught and killed, and Mir Jafar was instituted as the new Nawab of Bengal.

The discount is given in percentage. Hence, the M.P. is taken as Rs 100. Rate of discount = 5%.
Amount of discount = (5/100)×100 = Rs 5.
Selling Price = M.P. – Discount = 100 – 5 = Rs. 95
If S.P. is Rs 95, then M.P. is Rs. 100.
When S.P. is Rs. 5225, M.P. = Rs. (100/95) × 5225.
Therefore the M.P. of the almirah = Rs. 5,500

With the approach of Industrial revolutions, the use of chemicals in the factories has increased to a dangerous amount. Along with it, deforestation due to industrial or economic purposes and the excess burning of fossil fuels like natural gas, oil, and coal, has increased the concentration of atmospheric carbon dioxide from 315 ppmv (part per million by volume) to about 363 ppmv since 1958. These are some of the primary reasons for which the heat gets trapped in the atmosphere thus causing global warming.

Marginalization is the social process of being confined to a lower social standing. Marginalization involves people being denied their fundamental rights which results in lowering their economic and social status. In the social environment , groups of people or communities may have the experience of being excluded. Their marginalisation can be because they speak a different language, follow different customs or belong to a different religious group from the majority community.
