Lett the distance represented in the map be ‘x’.

Here distance covered in road and the distance represented  in the map are in direct proportion.

18/1 = 72/x

X× 18 = 72× 1

X= 72/18

X= 4 cm

Hence, the distance covered in the map is 4cm.

As, 2 kg of sugar contains 9106 crystals.
So, 1 kg of sugar will contain 9106/2 crystals that will be equal to 4553 crystals.

Therefore, in the 5 kg of sugar there will be 5×4553 crystal that will be equal to 22765.

A regular polygon has equal length sides with equal angles between each side. Any other polygon is an irregular polygon, which by definition has unequal length sides and unequal angles between sides. Circles and shapes that include curves are not polygons - a polygon, by definition, is made up of straight lines.

Regular polygon :- The regular polygon has all sides and all angle are equal

Yogita Ingle 5 years ago

Regular Polygons: A regular polygon is equiangular (angle between any two vertices is equal) and equilateral (length of each vertices is equal).

In simple words, it is not a perfect cube

Divyansh Jain 5 years ago

No, 128 is not a perfect cube.

Rachana H 5 years ago

Grouping the prime factors of 128 into triples, we are left over with 2 as ungrouped factor. ∴ 128 is not a perfect cube. Grouping the prime factors of 1000 into triples, we are not left over with any factor. ∴ 1000 is a perfect cube.

To use this calculator, simply enter a number and then raise it to a power. For example, if you wanted to calculate 103 enter 10 in the numbers box and 3 in the exponent or power box. The calculator will then compute 10x10x10 and give you the answer 1000. The History Window gives you a convenient way to store your results. When you have a result that you'd like to keep simply click the + Add to history button. You can easily select, copy, and paste from that window. If you put a minus in front of the number then you will get a positive or negative result depending on whether the power is an even or an odd number. Even powers will give you a positive result whereas odd powers will give you a negative result. This is because a minus number times a minus number gives you a positive answer. If you put a minus in front of the power then you will get an inverse (i.e one divided by the number raised to that power. For example, if you put 2 in the numbers box and you put -3 in the power box you get 2-3 which is equal to 1/2x2x2 = 1/8 = 0.125.

First take out the LCM of the denominators in LHS, i.e., 2, 4 and 6. It is 12. Then divide the 12 by 2 and multiply by the numerator, that is, n. You will get 6n/12. Do it with other 2 fractions also. Now, solve the LHS. Which would be... -25n/12. Now the equation is -25n/12= 21. Take, 12 other side and multiply with 21 and divide -25 by (21×12). Therefore, n= -525/25

∵ When diagonal AC and BD intersect each other at point o,

then OA = OC = (1/2) AC

And OB = OD = (1/2) BD

∴ OA = 1/2 × AC = 1/2 × 12 = 6 cm

and OB = 1/2 × BD = 1/2 × 9 = 4.5 cm
