Fast moving air towards a centre; usually with heavy rain; is known as cyclone. Wind direction, wind speed, humidity and temperature together create cyclone. The centre of the cyclone is called ‘eye’. A cyclone may be 10 to 15 km high. It is a rotating mass of air. The diameter of eye may be vary from 10 to 30 km. In India, the eastern coastal region is more vulnerable to cyclones; in terms of intensity and frequency of cyclones, compared to the western coast.

They will have to detect the major mistakes of the govt and will suggest to the govt for remedial measures and will participate in debate .They should point out the mistakes and wrong acts and in case of good works they should appreciate the same.They should not act in such a manner that the parliaments are suspended and the normal proceedings are suffered in any circumtance. Opposition parties are a first check in checks and balances of governance in democracy. The fact that opposition exists with a different point of view means that of things go wrong alternate ideas can be tried with ready leadership in matter of months if not days

a. Media reflects the society at large.
b. It moulds our thoughts and attitudes by virtue of what it shows and covers.
c. Since it makes us aware and vigilant , it is important that media must present a balanced views and reports.
d. It must present the complete picture and must not provide one sided report.
e. Media must present unbiased report and must focus on all issues concerning the society not restricting itself to few .
f. Since Media plays an important role in forming and expressing public opinion, it must responsibly ventilate people's grievances.

It was a city in Rajasthan and the capital of the Chauhan kings in the 12th century. It later became the suba headquarters of the Mughals. It was a perfect example of religious harmony and coexistence. Khwaja Muinuddin Chishti who was a celebrated Sufi saint attracted devotees from all creeds. He settled in Ajmer in the 12th century. The Pushkar lake near Ajmer has attracted pilgrims since ancient times.

The Mughal occupation of Masulipatnam forced the European Companies to look for alternatives. A new policy of the East India Company said that it was not enough if a port had connections with the production centres of the hinterland. It was felt that the new Company trade centres should combine political, administrative and commercial roles. Masulipatnam lost both its merchants and prosperity and declined in the course of the 18th century as the Company traders moved to Bombay, Calcutta and Madras. Today it is nothing more than a dilapidated little town.
