No, economic equality does not guarantee social equality. Even with economic equality, social equality may not be achieved as traditional social hierarchies are not easily dissolved. For example, after the emergence of capitalism, traders and industrialists in Europe achieved economic equality with the aristocrats. But aristocrats still remained at the top of the social hierarchy. It would take a series of revolution in Europe to overturn social inequality.

The workers in a factory are employed on a temporary basis. They may be asked to leave anytime at the whims and fancies of the employer. The wages paid to them is fixed based on their skills. The highest amount paid monthly is Rs 3000/- which is paid to the tailors. Women do ancillary jobs like cutting, buttoning ironing etc. The workers are highly exploited and get very low wages. They do not get a fair deal.

Most of the workers are employed in the garment exporting factory on a temporary basis. This means that whenever the employer feels that a worker is not needed, he can be asked to leave. Workers' wages are fixed according to their skills. The highest paid among the workers are the tailors who get about Rs: 3,000 per month. Women are employed as helpers for thread cutting buttoning, ironing and packaging. These jobs have the lowest wages about Rs. 1,500 per month. I don't think the workers get a fair deal in the garment export factory they should avail surety of job as well as sufficient amount of wages,

The Nawabs of Awadh and Bengal tried to do away with the jagirdari system because they wanted to put a curb on cheating as well as the Mughal influence in their kingdoms. The jagirdars appointed by Mughals were corrupt, so the Nawabs reduced the size of jagirs and appointed loyal servants to complete the tasks. They checked the jagirdar's accounts and the districts' revenues were reassessed by officials appointed by the Nawab's court.

MLAs take part in different debate or discussion on various issues. They ask questions to different ministers of related departments. Sometimes they raise issues in the Assembly and request the government to take measures as soon as possible. The government departments take action and direct the officials to look into the matter of various issues and do the needful. They try to satisfy the MLAs who ask questions to them by giving proper answers. They assure the Assembly members that urgent steps will be taken to control the situation.
