Therefore, C. P= sp(100/100-loss)
=540(100/100-5)
=540 x 100/95
=568 whole 8/19
It can also be written as 568.421053

Where x is the given quantity and n is the total quantity
Marks obtained by Rupesh (x) is 495
Total marks (n) is 750
{tex}\text { Percentage }=\frac{\text { marks obtained }}{\text { total marks }} \times 100{/tex}
{tex}\frac{495}{750} \times 100=\frac{99}{150} \times 100=0.66 \times 100=66 \%{/tex}
The percentage marks obtained by Rupesh is 66%
