Not to forget the great people who have made infinite successful and useful discoveries and inventions which have made everyday life easier for the people.

Maintaining good oral health is one of the most important thing. Everyone wants to have a great smile, which is why good oral hygiene is important. However mouth is the index of your body. Manifestations of systemic diseases are first seen in oral cavity. Oral diseases and systemic diseases are interlinked. Systemic diseases like diabetes, blood pressure, HIV etc, have impact on oral health. Maintaining oral health includes maintaining your gums and teeth.,The tooth structure is embedded in the bone supported by gums around. So improper or poor maintenance of teeth and gums can cause bone loss. Inadequate bone support leads to loosening of teeth from the tooth socket. Poor oral hygiene refers to presence of deposits in and around your gums and on teeth. These deposits are bacterial infections, composed of calcium and phosphate salts. These deposits are referred in technical term as Calculus. It s formed over a course of time when food debris on the tooth is not been cleaned properly. This leads to inflammation of gums causing Gingivitis. Bad breath, bleeding gums, salty taste are symptoms of gum disease. This eventually when left untreated leads to bone loss and tooth weakening. This condition is known as Periodontitis
Practising good oral hygiene not only refers to brushing your teeth twice daily but also flossing, avoiding tobacco and limiting sodas, alcohol, and coffee. In addition to good oral hygiene, diet also plays a key role in keeping teeth healthy. So visit your dentist 6 months once to enhance your smile.

The leader I admire the most is Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam. He was known as the missile man of India . He has inspired the new generation of the country through his whole life, career, workings and writings. Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam was really a true legend for the youngsters of the country. He has inspired the new generation of the country through his whole life, career, workings and writings. He was a scientist and an aerospace engineer who closely linked to the India’s missile programme. He later served the country as 11th President of India from 2002 to 2007. The full name of APJ abdul Kalam was Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam.
He was born on 15th of October in 1931 at Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu and died on 27th of July in 2015 at Shillong, Meghalaya, India. After his graduation from the Madras Institute of Technology, he joined the Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO). He has worked under a legendary space scientist, Vikram Ambalal Sarabhai (father of India’s space programme). He later became the project director in 1969 of India’s first indigenous Satellite Launch Vehicle, SLV-III.He still lives in the heart of Indian people as the People’s President and Missile Man.

We learn more visually rather than orally (through books). Students get practical knowledge when they learn things by visiting places. A child will learn better about concepts about biscuits when he visits a biscuit factory than when he reads it as theory from books. So educational tours are very important for students. Children learn better when they are with their peer group than when they are with their kids. Such educational tours teach students as they enjoy. A History of places can be learnt in an interesting way by visiting the places. Students have a feel of being the place and at the same time learn the history. Planetary motions are better learnt by visiting a planetarium than by reading the Geography book. Educational tours involve children into the subject by making their physical presence in the related place.

Some helping points:
- True friends are our confidants, our mentors and our guides.
- Having good friends makes our lives happier and better.
- They keep us grounded by being genuine in voicing their opinions.
- Teenagers can also share their joys and sorrows with their friends.
- In the digital era, it is tougher to find true friends as everybody is engrossed in their phones or laptops, with no time for real interaction.
- But, you can meet and make good friends in school, at the local park where you go to play, at your tuition centres or even at a hobby class.
- Being helpful, sincere and honest with your friend will ensure that you have a strong relationship.
- Never break their trust, stand beside them in their time of need and you will have friends for life.

Ans: A camel can do without water for days together because they sweat very little. Camels can stand high body temperature. They don’t need to sweat and therefore can retain the water they drink for long periods of time.

The couple had been kind and generous. As they had no children, they loved it as though it were a baby. The old dame made it a cushion of blue crape, and at mealtime, Muko for that was its name—would sit on it as snug as any cat. The kind people fed the pet with tidbits of fish from their chopsticks, and all the boiled rice it wanted.
