- Balanced diet is the diet which contains all kinds of essential nutrients in right amount needed for proper growth and maintenance of our body. Also our diet should contain roughage (raw uncooked vegetables)and water.
- Balanced diet depends on the age and the type of physical work we do.

- Most of the vegetables and fruits skin contain good amount of vitamins and minerals.

Peter Pan explains to Wendy that he ran away when he was a baby because he heard his parents talking about what he would be like when he was a man. This horrified the child because he had no desire ever to grow up and be a man, so, instead, he ran away "to Kensington Gardens" to live with the fairies. This statement is typical of Barrie's deft use of humor, which relies upon childish understandings of the world. In reality, Kensington Gardens is a park in London near one of the royal residences, and it is in no way a part of any kind of otherworld; but perhaps it is the kind of place a child might imagine as being removed from the day-to-day humdrum of existence. Peter then explains to Wendy what fairies are and that there is sadly a decline today in the number of children who believe in fairies, which prompts Wendy to ask whether there might be a fairy even in this very room, a thought which delights her.

The Vedas are a collection of hymns and other ancient religious texts written in India between about 1500 and 1000 BCE. They are divided into four groups, Rigveda, Yajurveda, Samaveda, and Atharvaveda.
Rigveda: It is a collection of 1,028 Vedic Sanskrit hymns and 10,600 verses in all, organized into ten books.
Yajurveda: It consists of archaic prose mantras and also in part of verses borrowed from the Rig-Veda.
Samveda: It is the "Veda of chants" or "Knowledge of melodies". The name of this Veda is from the Sanskrit word saman which means a metrical hymn or song of praise.
Atharvaveda: It contains first-class poetry coming from visionary poets, much of it being a glorification of the curative powers of herbs and waters.
