Excretion in plants is an interesting topic. While plants don't have kidneys like humans do, they still have their own way of getting rid of waste. One of the main ways plants excrete waste is through tiny openings called stomata on their leaves. These stomata allow plants to release excess water and gases, like oxygen and carbon dioxide. Plants also excrete waste products through their roots. They release substances like organic acids and ions into the soil, which can affect the pH and nutrient levels around them. This process helps the plants maintain a healthy internal environment. So, even though plants don't excrete waste in the same way as animals do, they have their own unique methods to keep themselves clean and balanced. Nature is pretty amazing, right?
